Hello @jiocare I recharged my jiifiber connection with ₹999/month on which it is mentioned 14 OTT apps can be viewed until plan is active. But why it not mentioned anywhere that OTT apps will only activate through Jio setup box. This information I got through your customer care

@JioCare @reliancejio .. I have 399 post paid plan with you and it shows my disney hotstar subscription is valid till 9th Dec 2021 but disney hotstar saying it's already expired on 20th Oct 2021. SR0000178PLN. Pls look into it and fix.

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia - @reliancejio almst 2 months now. Frm the day one I have network issue. My no. will go to no connectivity automatically for few minutes or maybe hours. Customer care tried to resolve but no use. Planning to port back. Bad is better than worse.
