    It's frustrating @JioCare says they have live chat.I tried to contact but as usual there also no humans available only scripts are there. not even option there for fiber issue. am telling them my fiber issue the robot replying me bullshit responses for mobile# @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Don't trust these PPL worst network.. worst service.. I raised a complaint on 16th I got msgs for Engineer visit but not visited.. they are just sending schedule for visit not sending engineer..

    @JioCare I am just fed up of calling the customer service centre. A simple relocation process is taking you more than 15 days where if I request for a new connection, it gets installed in an hour. Pathetic experience with you guys

    @JioCare I really feel that I did a very bug mistake choosing Jio fibre . I never faced any such situation with Act fibrenet in the past 7 years tenure that I had been using Act
