@JioCare Kindly take back your modem and all and refund my security payment. I have given order for Airtel Fiber. Jio dnt deserve to say No 1 service as mentioned in pemplet. And do it with in 24 hrs. I will not entertain your any service engineer.

We are facing so much trouble in using internet and voice break but when we contact the jio customer care advisor they always told me that your complain has been registered but they don't provide the complain number @reliancejio

Customer support executive was of no help. She wasn't even ready to listen to what I had to say. Pls sort this out at the earliest. Not going to pay for the month included in annual plan already. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @RelianceJioCare what a ridiculous service of jio fibre. Complaint made on Friday and still no resolution for jiofibre. No one visited the location and I received a message that my house is locked. Kindly find any better excuse
