@reliancejio even after 12 months of repeated complaints regarding network, no steps have been taken. Keep getting same reply that your area has week coverage we are working to increase the network. Address- Girishkunj, NS road no 3, JVPD Scheme , Vileparle.west, Mumbai 400056

@reliancejio money has been taken but jio fiber installation has not been done. No one responding even after calling customer service.sales person not picking calls. Didn’t expect this kind of service from jio.

@reliancejio your Fibre service in Gurgaon -Sector 47 is pathetic. Your employees who are super active to get referrals do not respond when when I call them with issue. Standard reply is - please talk to service centre. Have called three of your people with no response 😐😐😑😑

@JioCare @reliancejio have taken a plan but the network of jio fiber is pathetic i am forced to upgrade the same ... But as per call centre i have to pay for both plans... Isn't there a option to upgrade by paying the balance?
