    Tired of this @reliancejio @JioCare Network. I don't know what type of network they are giving right now , it's worst then 2G. Better need to fix problems. Otherwise BSNL are going to be on the board list.

    @JioCare @JioCare It is now the next day after 11 AM. Neither has my Jio AirFiber been installed nor has my cancellation request been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups, the local manager is not responding. Need an immediate resolution on Service Request SR000039YK4V.

    Dear @JioCare, it's been 7 days since I reported the network issue, but there has been noimprovement. Internet speed is still just 20–30 KB/s, making it impossible to use basic online services. Please stop giving generic replies and resolve this issue immediately.@TRAI @DoT_India

    @reliancejio JioCare I am still waiting for my AirFiber relocation (Cease Order: CO0001T5AF2D). I paid β‚Ή1200 on June 26, yet no technician has visited my location. My service is suspended and my work is suffering. Please provide an immediate resolution.

    There is no way I am able to speak to a customer service agent. I raised a request for relocation and when I try contacting the number it’s set on auto reply asking me to reschedule the pick up I don’t know why @reliancejio @JioCare #badservice
