    No coverage one point showing most of the time zero signal strength showing not able to dial or receiving calls and sms because of this.. I can't use internet because of this poor network connection strength.. Please do provide good network strength for use LTE service. @JioCare

    @JioCare hi, I our area we are facing a lot of internet issue in the evening (after 6 pm) we can't even able to do a voice call. But in day time it is good. Please make your service better.

    Person who helps and supports at the crucial time is a real reliable and consistent person, during #NivarCylone some networks failed to give consistent service where as @airtelindia is still giving network support, thank you... Never expected poor service from @JioCare 😑

    @JioCare last 15 days.. my net is slow down at 7 pm to 12 am. i had a complim but not resolve. so i decide quite jio.. thank you jio my location Vaithikuppam, 66 Pillaiyar koil street. pondicherry

See, on 11th March, you replied, and today is 19th March, kindly refund my amount of 1200 rs , since december i msg you call uyou but i don't why you ignoring with simply reply we forwaded your concern to team will update you , refund my money which i was paid for relocate, and due to your nonsens technician was processed and due to service unavailablity your engineerd denied and cancelled , i heared reund will be initiaite within 7 days after cancellations , but here you all maming excuses and fake commitment after that you all are silent , if i not reply i never expect msg from your end, but you all are cheater for 1200 you making me fool last 4 month,

    @JioCare Engineer has visited and verified and reported issue However issue is not resolved - you need to get on this asap. Many residents of the society have pathetic internet speed. This downtime is unacceptable

    @reliancejio when we dont pay the bill you cut the connection immediately. When internet goes down for more than 24 hours how are you compensating us? Will you add an extra day?

    No internet on my Jio AirFiber for 1 week. Whenever I try to contact Customer care auto response keeps saying “temporary issue in your area” but nothing is fixed. Unable to raise a ticket or even request disconnection. @JioCare please resolve this ASAP or disconnect my service.
