    @jio_fiber @JioCare Really disappointed with JioFiber’s customer service. I raised a request over a week ago and despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no response from customer care or the installation team. It’s frustrating to be paying for a service that I can’t even use.

    Dear @JioCare, Village Laxrampur, PO Jitwaria, Kalyanpur, Samastipur (848302), Bihar is facing severe network issues. Despite 5G recharges, even 4G barely works, especially 5–10 PM we can't even send texts. 1000+ Jio users are affected and may port to Airtel if not resolved.

    @JioCare yet nothing has been done Such repeated delays without any accountability reflect extremely poor customer service and unprofessional handling of customer requests. My relocation request was raised on 25 July 2026 and I am still waiting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst network. Can't even call with or without wifi. So we can't imagine for internet. See @airtelindia is giving perfect 5g and without call drop network. #jio #poorjionetwork
