    @JioCare I have applied for leased line connection on 16th Dec at location 321201. I have heard that it will be installed by 20 jan that looks very tough as I am suffering with no internet connectivity by any ISP in my town. Can you please help me to get this done ASAP?

    @reliancejio @JioCare 10 days have passed and no one has bothered installing the connection. Worst escalation matrix and worst field persons. Shame on you guys you're unable to even expand your business and adding customers what you'd do after installation

    @JioCare I cleared the dues with previous operator within an hour after receiving this sms & called on Jio customer care immediately. I was informed that payment details have been saved by us & your no. is active
