Also the query was raised 2+ months back still no resolution and the social media @reliancejio is ignoring which is highly not acceptable, only the final action plan left out from my side is to log a physical case upon JIO, and also bill has generated already with the time frame

@JioCare @reliancejio Horrible customer service . My billing address on the first bill is misspelled . Its been a month I have been requesting JIO to correct the spelling but in no vain . JIO guys r ready 2 disconnect the connection rather 2 correct the spellings .

@JioCare - Jio app accepts a business account payment, which it was not supposed to do. Now Jio refuses to acknowledge the reciept of payment made via it's own app. SHAME on Jio. 2 months following them up now. Service ID “300268665401”
