Worst part on @JioCare they disowned their sales to save that miniscule money. There does not seem to be any customer service functional. Looks like all calls are diverted to individuals working from home and have no access to see clarification and no escalation mechanism

@JioCare I am trying to get set top box have recharged with your 999 plan, tried 4 times to pay security deposit of 1000 from jio app all the time amount was deducted from my account but payment was failed on app now I am clue less as to how to get the set top box can anyone help
