    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    Actually @airtelindia started their broadband services to counter local broadband and @reliancejio but they only advertise so and after connection there is no service if any technical issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio , Don't you think that you are misleading the customer by promising the speed something and reality is not at all near by ? Why you don't increase your cellular tower in my area ? Instead of providing a correct solution why repeating the same reply ?

    @JioCare Never had such pathetic experience with any other service provider. my outgoing services again barred. I already lost my 2 day business because of this. Payment which I made is reflecting on your statement however not updated in your bloody system. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME ASAP

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, Give me a confirm date from when I will get atleast 500kb/s speed of network in my area( Pin- 784161). It's about to complete One year, might be ended with hundreds of complaint but no improvement. And same reply from your customer care.
