Not a single hope has left for us from jio. Pls @DoT_India @TRAI do something pls. 4g speed is ±50kbps from @JioCare. Instead of improving they just fool us by major some dumb excuses. If u guys who are responsible for these activities not listen .idk where to complain. HELP US !

Hello there @VodafoneIN. Just wanted to know what are steps for porting my jio number to ur network. Because @JioCare is foolish is from last year regarding betterment of thier network but instead it's keep getting worse. So I want to port my jio into vodafone.Waiting for reply.

Disappointed with the service of jio fiber customer care. My internet is down and @JioCare is telling me that it will take 2 days for the engineerer's visit. If it takes 2 days in Mumbai then I don't know how much time it will take for rural area. #jiofibre #poorcustomerservice
