    Complaint Booked @reliancejio three Times They take the Booking, Just because of 200 Mt additional wiring they are cancelling. @JioCare . This is not done. I am a Loyal Customer of Jio , Using all Jio Sims in Ofc and Home. NO0000LTTZ7U , Kindly Look into the matter ASAP

    @reliancejio using jio fiber from past 1year with plan 999 as it says few OTT free with prime but.. Now jio is telling to buy prime .. Don't know for what reason!! Called customer care but they said will call back.. Am stil waiting for resolution

    @reliancejio Hubli fibre net service is the worst. It's been 2days i have generated a service compliant that my line has got disconnected due to the thunder storm on Thursday. But no one has come to check. The toll free numbers don't know what to do if the engineer don't respond

    Please help me change my FTTH plan. I do not want to leave @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK and move to @JioCare but if it becomes so difficult to just do a small thing like this, then I may very well have to make the change. -Your loyal customer since 1990.

    @reliancejio having slow internet issue from last 5 days.. each time customer care person tells it will be fixed within 10 hours.. you guys need more customers and at the same time complaining more traffic leads to slower internet. #act #ourHardEarnedMoney

    @KausikPaul1 @JioCare @JioMart_Support Yes i concur,but on Laptops too it's not going beyond 350 MBPS. My issue is if they can't provide the said speeds, no point promising the same,support guys came & reset the system to defaults,that endeavour was not useful,had to change passwords again & reconnect all my devices.

    This Jio service is truly bad worst ever in Sulla road Hubli K'taka tottaly bad signal and downloading speed is nil. you must take action to improve signal and network quality.coz I'm paid customer and free customer.i made several times complaint on this issue @JioCare

    @JioCare the network in Apoorva Nagar, Manjunath Nagar, Hubli is the worst. The download speed is just 200kbps. I have been complaining to the customer care since 3 years and the issue is not been solved yet. I hope you will resolve this issue because I want to switch back to Jio

    @JioCare It's almost 12 days relocation request is raised for jiofibre and called 10 times to customer care,zero response, pathetic service. Thinking to completely opt-out from this network, hope you will sort this out.#JioFiber #JioAirFiber

    @airtelindia you are the worst! Came back today after a week long vacation to find the Wi-Fi isn’t working. Loads of work piled up and no Internet, how does it feel. And you are charging late fee on my bill. The @reliancejio sim with unlimited 5G is saving my job at the moment.

    @JioCare I am currently in the USA and my primary number [+91——-0072] has been disconnected. This number is linked to my Bank & Govt IDs. I have no one in India to visit a store. I’ve sent an email requesting an e-SIM activation via my registered email. Please help!

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I booked Jio AirFiber on 25th April (Order ID: NO0001D32OAA) and paid ₹807. Installation was scheduled for 27th April, but no one has contacted me yet. Extremely poor experience so far. Please look into this urgently! Location: #Arrah, Bihar #JioCare

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    Writing to @RelianceDigital @JioCare again today as there has been no response or follow up at all, literally the worst service.Spoke to a customer care representative in the morning and she mentioned that the AC will be installed by today, But we didn't even receive a call back
