My issue is if they can't provide the said speeds, no point promising the same,support guys came & reset the system to defaults,that endeavour was not useful,had to change passwords again & reconnect all my devices.

Even when the 5G signal is showing, the speed is very slow. I have complained four-five times but there is no solution. I am thinking of porting the SIM to another network. @JioCare @Reliance
