    @JioCare why u all r not understanding i have broadband connection with wifi router. i don't have jiofiber or jiofi. in india many are providing broadband service for example hathway, act, wimax etc. i have wimax broadband connection with wifi router. pls call me 7903888477 for understand

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Here we are facing network issue, the network strength is so dull that we can't even make a call neither we can use internet. We love Jio but at this location it is so disappointing. Please work on this we are facing so much problems.

    @JioCare I Have Installed Jio Fiber 2 Days Ago Salesman Told Me that It Will Provide speed of 100 mpbs but from the time of installation it is giving just 5-12 mbs please help Didn't expected this type of low speed

    @JioCare I'm continuously complaining about bad network in my area, why there is no solution? Some work is needed in tower house as the network gets worse when whether gets cold after evening. Stop blaming users foolishly. It is a village with max 200 users. Tower 500mtrs away.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm using jio fibre since long time but one day my connection got interrupted, jio fibre care said problem will be resolve within 24 hours but after waiting 4 days nothing happens then I got a new jio fibre connection .

    @JioCare What does it mean by the no. of users? Why did you issue the connection beyond your capacity? We have lot of way for our expenses. Will you deliver your services in full if we cut the recharge amount? Mr. Akshay, plz respond yourself with a proper logic.

    @JioCare #JioFiber From now on i can proudly say that you guys have worst customer sevice ever. I have been facing issue on my jio fiber since 2nd sept Raised complaint 2 times,called many times, all i get response from your side is "this issue will resolved by tomorrow sir"(1/2)

    @JioCare When you define many users? Is 200 users in one area "many users"? When will you solve this? It has been more than tow weeks. It is not users problem, tower has some technical problem, maybe battery or something else. Jitni cold badhti hai network aur kharab hota jata hai.

    @OfficialJioTV @reliancejio why jio tv is not playing on wifi network? previously it was playing. what u guys want, separate charge for everything jio tv, call, data all separate charges. jio speed is slow thats why i have taken broadband, but jio tv not working with wifi.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my jio fiber on 22 nd feb 2021 .from 23rd feb 2021 it stopped working.Reason for not working is jio box got disconnected as construction is going on . as off now 4 tickets opened but service engineers closing tickets without solving issue

    @JioCare @JioCare yes, I spent an hour with engineer. Looks like my cable was disconnected from junction box and engineer told me, he will come tomorrow to fix it. When late night new installation can be done, why not extend work hour and support existing user.
