When we camplain to customer care they tell us that it is temporary and remains for some days. If you @reliancejio cant provide better service in our area than shut down your network. Some work is needed in tower house as the network gets worse when whether gets cold after evening. Stop blaming users foolishly. It is a village with max 200 users. Tower 500mtrs away.

If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
