When we camplain to customer care they tell us that it is temporary and remains for some days. If you @reliancejio cant provide better service in our area than shut down your network. Some work is needed in tower house as the network gets worse when whether gets cold after evening. Stop blaming users foolishly. It is a village with max 200 users. Tower 500mtrs away.

Your customer-care executive had confirmed a device pickup for today, 14 Aug at 10:30 AM, from my current address. I have been trying to reach customer care, but no one is responding to my calls. Today is my last day at this address, so the pickup needs to happen today. Please urgently confirm the pickup status and arrange the pickup at the earliest.
