When we camplain to customer care they tell us that it is temporary and remains for some days. If you @reliancejio cant provide better service in our area than shut down your network. It has been more than tow weeks. It is not users problem, tower has some technical problem, maybe battery or something else. Jitni cold badhti hai network aur kharab hota jata hai.

Pic 1 When the time gets over you send a message that now technician cannot come and again ask me to reschedule. Pic 2 What kind of service is this?
