@reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

@reliancejio paid money to get new jio broadband connection but had to cancel installation because jio do not have proper infrastructure to provide new connection. Request raised on 23april for cancelation and yet there’s no update on refund SR000014PT65..disappointed 😑

@JioCare @KatarmalAshok Can u pls improve jio connection near unnao (Uttar Pradesh) People r forced to port their sim just bcz of very slow internet connection . Its populated area & people use jio sim but don't know logic why @JioCare don't care ? Do something otherwise u ll lose genuine customers !
