I am very disappointed with Jio mobile network in Uttarakhand @reliancejio it's very poor although every telecom company straggling to provide good mobile services. @ideacellular @bsnl @airtel

@JioCare At my current location(Village Bairagna Dhandari Pauri, Pauri garhwal UK 24601) the internet signal and the speed is very slow..Even Indoor connectivity problem. Pls solve the issue ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @VodafoneIN @Idea both same prblm with ur network also.

@JioCare Hi there, My trail pack is active and Internet is not working hv got a jio fiber connection yesterday in rishikesh Dhalwala Uttarakhand, the moment they installed the connection and activated my plan, they force me to cancel the plan, kindly tell me how to handle it

@JioCare I have applied for a new jio Fiber connection order ID: NO0000M8XFE8 on 15th July by paying 3 months fee in advance but my fiber connection is not installed yet. I have reached at least 3 times to the jio care however no solution yet. Today is the 7th day of application

Since 7 days wifi is not working, despite me continuously trying to call & sending msgs. 'Jio fiber' is the 'worst wifi provider'. Also please don't tell me to "patiently wait" like you have been saying since past whole week. 0 customer time value. @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

@NexusUKOrg @reliancejio @The_Pi_Hole I have been using ISP services from years but haven’t seen any single use case where I needed IPV6. Some devices may enable ipv6 as mandatory in future but I haven't seen them yet. So "for me" and "my home network" IPV6 is still useless.

@JioCare @jio_fiber My jio fiber relocation complaint is pending since 04-Jul-22. @jagograhakjago plz look into the matter. The service request ids are CO0000NFEJGI, SR00001C0A2P, SR00002C5OXX. They mention the status as closed but the issue not resolved yet.

@ViCustomerCare since last one week there is no network in my area,Allapalli pincode : 442703,MH. Due to which I am facing many problems such as Banking transaction, OTP etc. If issue not resolved immediately I may have to switch to best available network. @reliancejio @JioCare

Jio representative and loacal are manager is saying we are not able to provide solution kindly cancle your connection. My team have all the call recording chats and voice recording. This is how they are fiving there servi. Shame on @JioCare
