    @Sayyam_Singh1 @JioCare Please dont take Jio Fiber. My internet is broken from 8 days. Service Request SR00001ENLOR is on hold saying Society Permission is required. I live in an independent house. Jio has installed poles in my road. Now suddenly they need society permission to repair my connection.

    Brilliant My Service request number is SR00001ESDKN. was closed in the back end without attaining Again I called @JioCare & new ticket was opened SR00001ETLNM. Brilliant Action.. Last 4 days. No Action. No Reply. No Update? Wost customer service & experience.

    @Kp_Krish_nn @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio My Service Request is open form 8 days. We all should move to other broadband providers. Jio is incapable. They have so many OTT plans to offer but they dont provide internet connection at all. Intelligent strategy by Jio so that no one uses internet and OTT apps.

    @reliancejio saying true 5G and only showing your website and blocking global site, you are not capable to use the word. fix your DNS issue @ACTFibernet teach jio how to fix this type of issue.
