    I am very disappointed with Jio mobile network in Uttarakhand @reliancejio it's very poor although every telecom company straggling to provide good mobile services. @ideacellular @bsnl @airtel

    @JioCare For last 2 days it's not working already and in the request it's said that the engineer will come on 8th August. I can't wait until then. I can't attend classes and meetings

    @JioCare Hi there, My trail pack is active and Internet is not working hv got a jio fiber connection yesterday in rishikesh Dhalwala Uttarakhand, the moment they installed the connection and activated my plan, they force me to cancel the plan, kindly tell me how to handle it

    @JioCare At my current location(Village Bairagna Dhandari Pauri, Pauri garhwal UK 24601) the internet signal and the speed is very slow..Even Indoor connectivity problem. Pls solve the issue ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @VodafoneIN @Idea both same prblm with ur network also.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia telecom companies are always increasing their plans, disturbing customers by sending unnecessary msgs long before the recharge ends.But network speed is very poor, it is always better to pay attention to your performance than to charge extra money.

    @JioCare is asking me to take a new connection and cancel the existing one—without any refund for the unused period. This feels misleading and unfair. Kindly resolve this by either enabling relocation or providing a refund for the remaining validity. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare The engineer visit was scheduled by me after the outage of 2 days, btw that you are not allowing to do so, it's 4 day now, no service from jio fibre team if you cannot handle the customers just do not add any new
