@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have made complaint on Wednesday that is on 16 Sep'20 and Today is 21 Sep'20 .But still my issue didn't get solved. Any suggestions you people need to give the Audience about this that Jio Don't care whatever your problem are .Very Sad and Disappointed.

@JioCare Kindly advice your service engineer to take care of issues without disturbing the other connection. This is happening 3rd time. While resolving other issues my connection got disconnected. Your engineer run away while I am taking to him. I am still struggling to retain.

@JioCare This connection is taken in Buxar Bihar (802101). Kindly do the needful as not getting any support from the JioFiber Network team locally. They always insist not to open tickets via customer care else they will not act on the ticket.

hello @reliancejio i have been putting on multiple complains for service of my jio fibre for last 3days. your customer associate has been repeatedly replying me with unnecessary false promises day after day. This is a total heckle of a customer.
