  @JioCare it is worst service provider… it’s been more than 2 months now and still money 5 k is not returned back. They keep on telling it will be done in 2 weeks but still nothing done. Every time they say 2 more weeks. What a shame for this kind of services.

  Have reported this issue several times here and also through jiocare call center. Everytime, I am asked Jiofiber customer ID / phone number and I have given but no resolution since last one month. Get standard reply it is website specific issue and to try accessing website later

  @reliancejio after I port my simcard from Vodafone to jio and I'm so disappointed with the service . All the time is getting error and network is gone and the guy charge me for porting also and thr card is not working properly

  @equitymrkt @JioCare Have been using Hathway in chennai for years now, no issues what so ever. Network problems do occur but they will be resolved in few hours and with prompt updates
