@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have made complaint on Wednesday that is on 16 Sep'20 and Today is 21 Sep'20 .But still my issue didn't get solved. Any suggestions you people need to give the Audience about this that Jio Don't care whatever your problem are .Very Sad and Disappointed.

@JioCare I am continually sending mail for my refund for my jio fiber last 3 month. Every time new person replying mail and want 14 days. very poor and customer care service they not bothered about old customer he just wants new connectio.i not recommended to anyone.

@JioCare I hv raised 4 support tickets for this VERY SAME ISSUE since Feb'23. All of them are closed w/o any resolution. And NO, you don't understand this issue coz ur unable to provide the service for which ur charging me. Will you exclude these 2 days from my bill ?
