Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?

If AirFiber can't work properly and even shifting is not possible because of infrastructure limitations from your side then you should provide an alternate solution like Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection (3/3)
