    @JioCare From past couple of days I am facing extreme internet drop problem and getting 30 Mbps speed in 5 GHZ in 1 m range from router(999 plan). I've called customer care, as per him no issue with the internet speed. Could you pls help my work is getting impacted.@reliancejio

    @jiocare Is this the way a customer's complaint is handled at Jiofiber? If this would have been a new connection, it would have been installed within minutes.

    I'm done With @reliancejio @JioCare bcz issues isn't resolved. Only ur network & internet isn't working. AIRTEL,VI are providing uninterrupted services even if their cost are higher. If my issue isn't resolved before my recharge ends m gonna port.
