    I had requested 3 to 4 times to @reliancejio @JioCare for providing jio network at VANOTI (DAKOR) PINCODE:388225. Very poor connection provided by @reliancejio in my area. I request to you please providejio network for around 500+ users. keep updating me. @DP97211436 @rp_rushabh

    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Got a new jio fibre connection Jio no: 8035828515 yesterday . Within six hours it stopped working. Your customer care service is pathetic. The guys who came and did installation demands Rs.300 /- for installation. Is this the kind of service you provide.

    Hello @JioCare . Recently you hiked the charges of your services,but several areas or regions not able to get even 2G speed of internet. This is not worthy that hiking prices of services without improving service quality. Embarrassing situation for every customer. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Jio has no option to talk to any customer care executive. 199, 198, 1991, 18008899999 all numbers have recordings only. Chat option also connects to only chatbot. Jio is just wasting time and energy of customers.

    @JioCare As usual again no one visited from JIO fibre to solve the problem. Msg received:- With reference to Service Request Number SR0000182SSQ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912235944855 is delayed due to technical reasons.

    It's been more than a year of waiting for @JioCare Fiber to be installed in our area. Still no update and no sign of it. Strangely across the road they provide service but not to our area. Looks like it's better to go with @BSNL_KTK Fiber

    @JioCare Inspite of giving so many complaints not even a single engineer showed up to check the internet issue. An engineer visit was scheduled yesterday and its rescheduled to tomorrow again. Very pathetic service. I’m very much unhappy with your service!
