    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Provided all necessary details to their Executive on Twitter app but no response, seems Jio Fiber staffs are poorly treated so can't expect services quickly,by the time help comes you might have changed Jio fiber to Airtel, Spectranet

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm using JioFi and its speed is very pathetic. It's always shows blue light only. Current Location is Chakkargaon. Improve your 4G network coverage so that speed of internet also increase.

    Hi all, it is more than 24 hrs and only mails & sms of resolution in next 24 hrs even after follow up. Network & service quality deteriorating every day and field staff not available. Regret having recharged for 6 months. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup #JioFiber #JioTV

    @reliancejio I am absolutely disappointed with your service for the past three days and decided to leave jio service as for the past 3 days I am logging complain that dot at 6:15pm my and my father's net service is going off and resuming dot at 10pm.. can jio explain me why?
