    @JioCare @JioCare How difficult is it to change a delivery agent and provide a sim Ordered on 22nd and its 26th now. No details received yet on my alternate no. Better cancel and get a refund. ORN:NO00015DIHXR.Regretting trusting jio don’t say 48hr delivery then. Airtel delivers sameday

    @JioCare Useless contact of jio. Just autobot is available everywhere that is worthless. I paid for aur fiber more then 15 days ago but still it's didn't install. If u can't then return my money I will get airtel. Airtel is little bit costly but I will service atleast.

    Jio's service in our village has been very poor for quite some time Despite complaining many times, the company hasn't addressed the issue. We're still not getting proper service even after paying, so please take action on this matter as soon as possible.@JioCare @reliancejio

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Internet not working and your technician falsely marked “no one available at home.” This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Paying customerdeserve better service, not false updates. Resolve this ASAP or I will be forced to escalate further
