Tejesh S (@tejesh_suresh) reported@JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection nearly 2 weeks ago and paid the installation amount upfront. Despite waiting for weeks, no installation was done and there was no meaningful update from your team. The salesperson who collected the payment has also stopped responding to calls. Since I could not keep waiting indefinitely, I got a connection from another provider within a day and requested a refund from Jio. Even after multiple follow-ups through calls, email, and WhatsApp, the refund is still pending. This level of service is extremely disappointing.
