He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

Yr team visited multiple times & contacted our society secretary but hve no time 2 come & collect D bldg access letter. Don't know Hw you rate this service?

But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money. This clearly shows how @JioCare handles customers—by giving false promises instead of real solutions. @thecroindia #JioFiber #CustomerServiceFail #JioComplaint

Four days is an unacceptable wait time. If I do not receive a technician visit by tomorrow, you can take your STB and router back.
