    Just port into @airtelindia from @JioCare , it been really a hectic scene for me, the person who port my number said once sim activated i will recieve free call and data for a month, but still now unable to do any of them. Customer care is also not responding @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare incomplete service call. Requested the service technician to fix the replacement modem at 6 P.M. When contacted he refused saying that the time was not convenient for him. My complete evening schedule upset. Sad state. Service Request Number SR00001CK7TP.

    It's shame to say @reliancejio has no services in our city. I'm a Jio postpaid user, facing issues like call drop, slow internet and sometime network loss for a long time. Many times complaints but nobody taking actions on it. My big mistake I ported my number from Airtel to Jio

    @JioCare @IMShareSingh Why (Jio) misleading people, Do you think Jio network is better, not at all. All Telecom operators are increased their tariff, charges etc and decreased their network strength. One answer we are working on it. Last two years Jio network/internet connection is very slow and poor.

    @JioCare Please, no need to appreciate our patience. We are paying for 4G internet & getting speeds of below 3G/2G & since last 15 days the network is also disappearing. Return our recharge amount. This is the worst experience with @reliancejio since it's arrival.

    @JioCare Is there any update about our location? Because Airtel has already set up their broadband connections here so if jio needs a good customer base you need to hurry up to expand your project to our area asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare is threatening me to delete or inactivate my JIO number which I am not recharging since past few days because I have taken JIO Fiber connection on that number. May be its time to move on to different network and fiber service provider?

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Wire disconnected from 2 days. Complaint raised 3 times. No resolution yet. The engineer keep changing time slot but has not came yet. This kind of service is unacceptable from #jiofibre

    We need jio fibre service in the following location asap. Nankar, Jagatpur, Cuttack, Odisha Pin-754021. As there are many customers eagerly waiting for and the saddest part is jiofibre is available in other locations of Jagatpur still we haven't got yet. @JioCare @JioFibre.

    @JioCare got a JioFiber connection,+913335998094. Facing severe connectivity issues with it. And no is there to attend, other than your chatbot. Problem is unresolved, had better surfing experience before with Wishnet connection. Please send someone to resolve, immediately.

So now when they asked me to give them same details I told them that not to fix the issue. Because I am made up mind to leave the connection.
