    @JioCare I have raised a complain regarding data network which is not available since May 2019 we are having around 15 connections of Jio if your team can't able to restore it by this week we have to switch to another network. We have made this complain n number of times.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had to renew my jio fibre plan for my number +91-3379603167. Actually, I wanted to renew to Silver plan for one year but by mistake bronze plan got selected which I don’t want. I want to change to Silver plan now as I need more data per month. Need help.

    @JioCare After repeated complain since last 3 month very poor internet access in our area not even 1 mbps speed i think all the Jio users in our area has to switch to another network.

    Bakwas hai jio savan pro @reliancejio . If we make mobile data off or flight mode, the app doesn't work properly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio after repeated complain also there is no response from your end. I'm unable to use data services in my area since last 3 months no technical team has been visited or call us till date. I have to switch to other network.

    I have called jio 1 year ago to give a complain about the seed of Internet is very very slow They told me to wait for 180 days we are working on it It’s have been 1 year till now I am getting the same problem I HAVE 4G (JIO) AND SEED IS 100 Kbps #jio #jiospeed #jiocare #jio1

    @JioCare This is an issue with every other @reliancejio user. May be becoz of Congestion of network with so many ppl using the same network at a particular place. Do try n solve this at @CtcBalijatra .

    @JioCare your speed outside home is super, but signal reception inside home is worst, resulting in terrible speed. Improve signal quality.

    @JioCare Thank you Purnima. Currently I am out of India and may return this year end. Would it be possible to port my existing @Airtel_Presence SIM to @JioCare in absence of me and the Airtel network on the SIM as the SIM is corrupted as suggested by Airtel technical team ?

    @JioCare 5 days is good enough time to resolve any issues. My jio fiber connection is not working since 5 days. Your customer service is pathetic, the service engineer has not visited the premise, after repeated calls.

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare your executive call me that if i will cancel my port request than he will provide me the postpaid plan of 699 with 2 add on number and OTT also of netflix, Amazon and hotstar. Now when i cancel my porting of JIO no response
