But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. So simply escalate to right team. It sadly shows Jio in bad light if you can't understand a simple message and use irrelevant scripted responses
