    @JioCare reply says Jio calls because customers "could be facing some difficulty" in recharging. If Jio is genuinely concerned about customers facing difficulties, why isn't there an easy IVR option to connect directly with a human customer care executive when actually need assistance?

    .@JioCare I had raised no internet service request yesterday morning and after 24 hours I get a message that engineer visit is scheduled after 2 days. Do you think we can wait for 4 days without internet?

    @JioCare Navin the details provided by you are 3 weeks old, means you didn't read everything or SR is not updated from 3 weeks. That shows reason for the delay of my #jiorefund cause more development has happened after that but none of you guys helped to resolve issues

    @JioCare I'm shifting within the same city, but you're refusing #JioFiber relocation and forfeiting my prepaid balance. Why should customers lose their money due to your service limitations? Unfair @jagograhakjago @GoI_MeitY Either provide relocation or refund the unused balance

    @JioCare Please take some responsibility and get the job done. Repeatedly making me respond to my account information is not helping in getting the internet start working. Escalate the issue it's 6th day today and I don't have your internet working.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, need urgent help with my Jio AirFiber Postpaid connection. I installed my connection on 10th April on a 3 Months + 1 Month Free promotional plan. Today (10th July) marks exactly 3 months.
