  @JioCare Jio fiber gave me 100mbps of both down and up speed initially. Now after buying the plan upload speed has been reduced to 8 mbps approx 10-12 times less without any information. And the customer care have no answer.

  @JioCare Jio fiber was opted by me mainly for upload speed, being content creator that's main thing. Bad move by Jio, Better to use my 4G sim if upload is 8mbps by fiber optics

  @JioCare Jiocare, I don't see any professional ethics from customercare. I have been following up on my work request (jiofiber) from last 15 days but no resolution. Customercare doesn't provide resolution and they don't escalate to supervisors and they provide contact information
