    @JioCare very bad network connectivity in my area we cant able to open a google page its like a 1G not 4G If this bad service in my area not improve then we and my total family ,friends will changed our SIM to some other operator. Regards

    @JioCare Your few days are another 45+ days stop fooling me ENOUGH OF THESE. I DON'T HAVE PATIENCE ANYMORE IF YOU GUYS APPRECIATE THAN SEND MY REFUND ASAP EVEN REQUIRED FROM YOUR POCKET. I HAD TOLD SHADDY TECH ENGINEER YOUR FAULT RESOLVE MY REFUND ISSUE IN DAY.

    @JioCare STB still not delivered. Field visit TC00000CYLDS was ignored, no technician came, no call, nothing. I paid ₹706 and free OTTs are not working because of this.

    This is third time I'm requesting for help with my jio air fiber installation order number: NO0001F059IY , @reliancejio is very bad , they are not supporting at all , it's been almost 20 days when I paid for kyc , so much disappointed with @JioCare #JioAirFiberInstallation

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio "Next few days" is completely unacceptable after a week-long delay. Cancel order NO00015JALY1 manually today and trigger my refund immediately instead of leaving it to an automated system. Share the exact cancellation reference and refund UTR no. here.

    @JioCare @JioCare Sukhmeet, enough with the copy-paste replies. It’s been 7 days and I still have no complaint number, no ETA, and no resolution. Either restore my 30 Mbps service immediately or disconnect it and collect your router. This is unacceptable.
