I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

Still u guys haven't delivered the SIM. Pathetic service by JIO. Pathetic service by jio store also which is at my hometown. They took the OTP and not provided the service.

No connection, no update, no resolution. Documents sent multiple times, still asked again. This is harassment level service. Zero accountability.

One of your executives said that it's been raised on 16th April and one more said it's raised on 29th after multiple follow-ups. It's been more than 3 weeks since the cancellation request was raised. Then they give you a timing and automatically reschedule without the customers approval. Now it’s three days no connection. Btw this happens once a month. What kind of nonsensical service is this. Excuses given are jammers in Jails and all sorts of rubbish. I don’t live close to any secure facility. Fix it or remove it.
