@JioCare Are you joking guys @reliancejio . It's been days now. The UPC code is to be expired by the evening. Still u guys haven't delivered the SIM. Pathetic service by JIO. Pathetic service by jio store also which is at my hometown. They took the OTP and not provided the service.

@reliancejio I am waiting for a call back for a week now. Your services at 176061 are very pathetic. I would advice that you close your business here and let other players takeover. Jio in customer service is a nightmare.

@reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

@JioCare @TRAI No, the coverage in my phone is soo poor. And the reason you are giving for Internet issue since from I buyed jio sim the same, If you know that you can't & also not willing to provide the services to so called many user then why you distribute so much sim 1/2

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Md Sir! Hamare area jo ki bhu lanka varanasi hai.. Jio ka network 15-20 dino se continiosly up down(chhod pakad) ho raha h.. Isliye online class karne me bahut problem horahi h.. Plz fix problems. Thankyou.

@JioCare there is no more entertainment from your side the network is too bad you cant even post things at this time .jio is providing very low quality of internet nowadays . I am thinking about switching to airtel soon. Very much disappointed by jio team.

@JioCare pls don't take this company internet no jio fibre....poor commitment and taking money in fraud way....they said to refund full if u don't want to continue after one month....at the time of return give only 1500 from 2500.fraud commitment...
