@reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

@jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio I applied for the disconnection of jio fiber and it's been 11 days from now, no one has come to collect the device and the internet service has also been deactivated. Every ******* time I call your customer care they just say wait for 48 hours.

Hello @HathwayBrdband my internet connection is down since yesterday, complaint registered but no resolution.. I called #Hathway sales person for help but he is rudely shouting on me.. Never expected this kind of professionalism from @reliancejio subsidiary 🤷
