It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

@reliancejio I am waiting for a call back for a week now. Your services at 176061 are very pathetic. I would advice that you close your business here and let other players takeover. Jio in customer service is a nightmare.

@reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

@JioCare Are you joking guys @reliancejio . It's been days now. The UPC code is to be expired by the evening. Still u guys haven't delivered the SIM. Pathetic service by JIO. Pathetic service by jio store also which is at my hometown. They took the OTP and not provided the service.

.@reliancejio @JioCare Why you have to keep reminding us about the recharge validity at the start of every call, what if we have to make an emergency or urgent call and what's the need to inform 3-5 days prior can't you just inform once a day or 1 day prior to the date (1/2)

@JioCare No positive response. Only customer care ask the problem once again whenever I take follow up. @reliancejio ..in 10 days customer care not able to solve a small thing. If reliance will genuinely start taking feedback u get to know how employees are working for u.

@somaninilesh123 @JioCare @reliancejio Nilesh brother, it's better to shift to another internet provider, since the customer care of Jio is far than suboptimal, i suffered the same issue in March this year, waited for almost 10 days accepting the lies and then shifted to another provider!
