    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

    @JioCare @JioCare how fast can you setup the connection? Apparently @Airtel_Presence cannot even shift the connection after 3 days of technician visiting the new place and agreeing to do it in 24hrs!!!!! Im moving out of this pathetic service

    @JioCare @praba_g @JioCare Pls fix the issue asap. Don't just reply on social media and leave it. I need a solution I've been seeing things for very long time and your service is very poor. What is the next step? Who is assigned to fix this issue and when will the person come?

    @JioCare If don't have an engineer to assign to this issue. To hide it, you guys will put it on hold by your own and blame the customer.. why don't u publish the request which you refer as I made to hold ?
