    @JioCare Are you joking guys @reliancejio . It's been days now. The UPC code is to be expired by the evening. Still u guys haven't delivered the SIM. Pathetic service by JIO. Pathetic service by jio store also which is at my hometown. They took the OTP and not provided the service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @reliancejio I am waiting for a call back for a week now. Your services at 176061 are very pathetic. I would advice that you close your business here and let other players takeover. Jio in customer service is a nightmare.

    @JioCare For the past 5 days my business is suffering without the Jio Fiber connection, from 12th July I'm raising complaints but none of the jio supervisors or managers or execs has not even given a call or has come to check what the problem is.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its not occasionally every day am facing the same issue in my locality. Am paying for data as well as speed. If payment delayed one day from customer you will be charging some penalty and etc, the same way you should give service without gap.

    @JioCare FYI i run my own dental clinic in Chennai prime location.The tune of business loss i have been facing due to the disrupted service & unresponsive customer service is unexplainable and if not resolved by 16-July-22, i will be taking this to the consumer court surely
