    @reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @JioCare Are you joking guys @reliancejio . It's been days now. The UPC code is to be expired by the evening. Still u guys haven't delivered the SIM. Pathetic service by JIO. Pathetic service by jio store also which is at my hometown. They took the OTP and not provided the service.

    @reliancejio I am waiting for a call back for a week now. Your services at 176061 are very pathetic. I would advice that you close your business here and let other players takeover. Jio in customer service is a nightmare.

    @BSNLCorporate @JioCare Greetings! Both the networks are down in 3 places of Sivakasi. When enquired about it, " rent amount for network tower was not settled to the owner" information was provided by one of ur customer care at Sivakasi.

    @airtelindia There is no any sms pack under 129 to send messages. Airtel is forcing us to switch into other partners to @reliancejio . Why are you doing this with you customer even in this pandemic. I already made a recharge of Rs 10 after Rs 49 to send a single message

    @JioCare Struggling to get Jio fiber transferred from one wing to another for 4 days now ! App not working call center says app is only way out but currently some issue ! Your engineer's asking for money to transfer !

    @reliancejio why your jiofiber service is not started in vasai virar region. This area closed to mumbai still no service. WFM is affecting due to low quality and unreliable service of local ISP

    Now when they provided a link where I put on my bank details and it respond with "Refund not applicable". Now they have provided me the email id on which I have shared all my details. I tried again to your customer care they are simply disconnect my calls, @reliancejio @JioCare

    @sushilkedia @reliancejio I agree, they will always say "we are adding a tower in that location and work is going on and it will take 3 months." Nothing will be happening on the ground and the **** will continue...they have lost their advantage......people have realized that they have been conned...
