    @reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

    It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

    @JioCare from past one week network is so much poor can't even load web page, called customer care regarding same but she said it is because of more user in your area and also said I can't tell you by what time your issue will be resolved. I used to work on Jio hotspot 1)

    @JioGigaFibre @reliancejio @JioCare my jio fiber connection is not working since Sunday, 6th September. Service request was raised SR00001268PW I was told engineer visit on Sunday itself then I was told Monday then Tuesday and then 16th. It impacts office work. Pls expedite

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why team is not able to resolve JioFibre issues on time? Earlier it took 36 days for team to install it & now from last 14 days the breakdown issue is not resolved. Our hard earned money is getting wasted and morever WFH is getting affected. #unprofessional
