  It's been 5 days now and there is no resolution given till date for porting my number to jio. Guess it is a good thing. I am not going to port my VI number into @reliancejio rather I will go for @airtelindia. There is no value of a customer in JIO.

  @reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

  @JioCare I think that your Customer support is the poorest I have ever seen till date. Your technical team is totally clueless and except for changing the Modem everytime I complain, they know nothing. My problem remains unsolved since last one year. Pathetic service.
