    @JioCare Very disappointing no resolution after 2 days .. Saturday and Sunday both kill by you people Jio Network and Jio Service is Pathetic. MY BAD LUCK I SHIFTED FROM AIRTEL TO JIO. KINDLY TAKE OUT MY CONNECTION AND REFUND MY DEPOSIT ASAP.

    Since three days Internet is not working, have raised two request called several times but absolutely no result. It’s sad how @reliancejio take their customers for granted.

    @jiocare Paid fiber bill on 8th march 22 with bank ref id - 206714712978 The money was deducted but the app never reflected it, CC executive confirmed about the technical glitch with chat ref no MR000114EAPV. Today the services were barred due to non payment, kindly help #Jiodown
