@JioCare @reliancejio I think we should switch to Airtel from jio because it's the best option for us. We are still not getting the 4G speed in our area. I complained about this issue in jiocare 3 of Time and they're saying that this is temporary congestion at our location.

@reliancejio Is trying to make me believe that I've exhausted my 2gb internet high speed quota in just 30 mins when the speed of the internet itself is so slow that even twitter won't load properly! And when complain, they told me to recharge with a new voucher! Loot? 🙄

@JioCare if this is how your team decides to handle the issue, I would rather switch my plan to prepaid, because this billing process stinks, and one of my numbers were unserviceable because of this. This is worst than what the premium customer service your team has promised 2/2
