    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio fiofiber has probably the worst after sales services, in the country! The workers are soo reluctant and shameless. They have taken the money from me but not receiving my calls and not taking my messages seriously solve this

    @JioCare My office internet is not working since yesterday. Raised complaint yesterday only nd technician was supposed to come yesterday between 1-2 PM. But, not arrived and today called customer care and they said they will come today in the evening. Worst service. Send them now

    @AdeParimal @reliancejio Please don't depend on customer care. Just contact the person who setup your connection. They will give the contact of the one who is responsible for your area. I was constantly calling customer care for 10 days but no action. Called area technician and fixed in 20 minutes.

    @arunkumar_ram @reliancejio Dont buy if problem comes in future these guys just repeat one thing like Robot 24 -48 hours tat ... entirely depends on local team mode when they want to visit and dont even compansate for those days

    @Airtel_Presence Its been three months no one hearing the issue from Airtel. Unable to contact customer care from 121 or 198.. its better to switch @reliancejio waiting for 90 days to complete.... @airtelindia

    @iamatulkansal When calling on customer support they are disconnecting the calls without giving any resolution, from last 2 visits I have to pay the technician to do service at my location I want justification on this issue and get this resolved as soon as possible. @JioCare

    Why should I pay for the services technician visit of Jio fiber, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen when they disconnect the calls of customers without giving resolution and don't call back even after many complaints the resolution is not given. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice 2/2 instead of visiting.. your engineer or technician referring us to #Airtel . Just received a call from a sales executive and he was like I have been informed that you are facing problems in Jio Fiber... you can switch to Airtel with a better plan.....
