    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare my relocation request has been pending for about a week. One was made earlier this week which was canceled by your service partner, the new request was supposed to be attended today, no one showed up. I even went to your office at Mansi circle Ahmedabad with the request.

    @JioCare You're replying so quickly on X. I wish your ground-level service was just as fast. On the ground, your service is absolutely zero. Extremely disappointing.Let's see how long it takes you to resolve my issue. Otherwise, I'll have to switch to another internet provider.

Calls frequently drop, voice quality is poor, and mobile internet is extremely slow. This problem has continued for a long time despite repeated complaints. Kindly investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest.

    It’s been 19 hours since I filed a complaint & 21 hours without internet in this connected world Doesn’t provide engineer details to contact. Ek din payment late hoti hai toh connection kat dete ho. @JioCare Resolve the issue asap. @jagograhakjago

    Just check when was the first engineer visit assigned and when did he come and when was the issue reported and when was the complaint forwarded and resolution being made. It was all only delay @reliancejio @Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been three days since my jio fiber is down. The service request SR00003AAJPV is being postponed to the next day without my control or any communication from your end! This has happened twice withing a month's time frame. Kindly expedite a resolution.
