  @reliancejio The worst service from this company even to corporate client even after keeping MD & CEO is in Ccail but their no response from anyone . After visiting cuttack odisha office Mr. Ullash is also not taking care of the issue. Further call 9337242085.

  @reliancejio @JioCare if u don't have the bandwidth of installing fiber after registration, then couldn't understand why ur sales team is so quick on false sales. Had been waiting for more than a week for installation, atlast had to cancel the booking.

  @JioCare I did MNP from Airtel to Jio, lately realized that for any issues, your store employee's access is limited to activation of SIM only. They have access to nothing than foul cry. Your centralized service is lightning fast like your internet speed. #disasterjio

  @JioCare Thanks Tejas! But here two things are there. 1) Low internet speed due more concurrent users where, need to improve capacity 2) Poor indoor network coverage, possibly due to device position on tower. See the screenshot where getting 2 signal bar out of 5. @reliancejio

  There is some issue with internet in Bhubaneswar from yesterday. I am not able to play a YouTube video at 480p. Worried about office work from Monday. Can you please check @JioCare I am using JioFi and the experience is not that good so far.

  @JioCare Its not a handset/website issue. The whole Jio network is bad after #cyclonefani hit #Odisha last year. With the same handset Airtel network works like a charm with very good speed. It's #jio network which is slow.

  @JioCare It is so terrible that JioFibre is not providing repair services in Mumbai, internet has been down since 2PM, Support has said that due to lockdown no service will be provided till 15 May! Why, even though government has allowed internet and telecom as essential service?

I returned and jio gave 1500 citing reason 1000 is connection charge. The person who installed is at fault but who faced the loss? The customer :) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON’T BUY JIO.

  @reliancejio Jio Fiber in my area Lalpur, Ranchi 834001 hasn't been working for 3 days as the wires were damaged due to a tree accident. There has been no effort to restore the connection despite registering a complaint. Around 100 connections are effected. Please help.
