@JioCare Network problem from past 2 weeks. Unable to make call or receive, num shows switch off even though network is there on the phone, able to use internet but no calling network. Work around i have to reboot the phone than the network is able to make & recieve calls.

@JioCare @reliancejio your broadband customer support is really pathetic. I called yesterday, and they said that service request is registered and on asking the number, he did not share. Today again I called, and they said there is no service request and the person hung up.

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm now near Sonitpur Polytechnic College, Thelamara, Dist - Sonitpur, Assam. The internet speed of Jio is too slow. Please fix the problem regarding slow internet speed as soon as possible.

From yesterday I am trying to contact the Jio team, totally disappointed and terrible service, the bot is total **** and I am furious since yesterday that wants to urgently make an international call and because of this terrible service, I can't do anything. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio Please bring transparency in FRC transaction. Customer don’t get any notifications on what value is recharged by retailer. In case of new or MNP case. SMS on alternate number would help. Just a feedback!!

@JioCare my broadband connection stopped working from this morning. Engineer visited as per the given time However the issue has not been fixed stating that it’s an illegal connection. I have been using this connection since March and have made full payments.

@JioCare Worst cc i have ever seen-called thrice but call was disconnected without addressing my query. For best service i port from other network to Jio postpaid but looking at service i feel wrong step i took.
