    @JioCare its almost 1 month you haven't solve my problem and refund my jio fibre security. I have made request twice a time but you say that it will be credit with 10 days from 7/1/21 but hasen't credited till now. Solve

    @himanshu3006 @JioCare @reliancejio Same issue. They even close the service requests without any resolutions and customer care won’t tell you why it was closed.

    @reliancejio delivering the worst customer service, got the jio fibre connection 2 days back and it is down from yesterday with no estimated time to be resolved

    @JioCare my issue is not getting resolved since 16 Jan, i have opened couple of tickets and every time visit is rescheduled but representative is not visiting and they are closing the tickets without resolving it.Ticket# SR000013PTWZ, SR000013QQ79, SR000013R75S.
