@JioCare Engineer has to visit by 3pm today and still waiting for a call from your side regarding installation. What a pathetic service, at the time of booking it was assured that it will be done by Saturday, now I regret why I choose jio over other providers. Wats the refund process?

@JioCare Sir that's what the problem is, they told me it is not availible and will take nearly 3 to 6 months, which is really sad, this is not a reply we hope from jio... We would be extremely happy if something is done on priority basis in that area connection for 15 apartments

@JioCare Sir, I am getting full-screen overlays ads when I change any channel in Jio TV this is disgusting at the Jio end. When I communicated this thing to customer care, it says it will not stop and they can't do anything regarding this. Hope Jio team fix this.
