    Dear Jio @JioCare , Internet is down since yeasterday, have booked an appointment for 1pm, then a msg came it will be at 2pm, then 3pm, then 4 to 5pm ,now it shows tomm at 11.30am. WHAT IS THIS?

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had applied for jio fibre connection no.NO0000K8R5WH. Service engineer Amod denied for installing service and said you don’t have connection in your building but connection already available in Flat. Since WFH going on & facing severe issues. Pls help

    @JioCare Worst service for order number NO0000K97XMH for installation of jio fibre. Please refund the amount of 2500 person in charge was abusing and shouting over the call as i wanted refund. The area is nonoperational and he still took money name-Amzad Husain ph 8700177478
