@reliancejio Extremely poor service from jiofibre bikaner. Mr. Varun Khurana (Assistant Manager ) Bikaner stopped replying to my calls and also failed to provide me a connection inspite of paying 2500 as per his instructions. Waiting for jiofibre for last 3 days. Please help

We tried several options: - troubleshooting -> doesn't lead anywhere - Whatsapp chat -> no options to request technician support - Chat bot -> no option for physical help onsite How does @JioCare expect two 70yr old people to do all this on an App that won't respond to me?
