@JioCare @reliancejioI’ve visited jio office to give a complaint regarding these two people but there also I’ve faced issue, No one is there to share the issue. Received a contact named #VenkatReddy (9908011915) tried several time but his phone was busy & no response from him too

It's not product that brings a customer back or create customer stickiness, but the service.... heard a lot about Jio & also switched from Airtel to Jio. Feels like a mistake. No service/ no response/ chat bot is a failure/ relationship managers are liers. Just FYI @reliancejio

@JioCare very pathetic service my jio router has issue with its power since day 2 after installation and since 2 days no one is able to fix it . Raised multiple SR but looks Bangalore east jio team is least bothered very pathetic service . Management not very professional

@JioCare So, @jiocare agrees that network coverage is poor in my area! But, then there should be compensation in terms of the cost I'm paying for the better services until "satisfactory" network coverage is made available to me! Would @jiocare agree on this point too?
