Unable to understand whether you are providing 4G or 2G. Better you just check from your end, instead of blaming our devices.

I had complained to jio numerous times regarding this issue on twitter, email as well as customer care. Back in Nov, your representative assured me that my problem would be solved. But NOTHING has been done yet
