    @JioCare your network connectivity is getting slower day by day. Download speed is very poor... Now please don't instruct me by saying insert your sim in slot 1. I'm already having 4 smartphone with Jio sim card since last 2 years. Please try to resolve this issue.

    @DoT_India @TRAI @JioCare I am suffering with very low signal and low connectivity since last 1 year, I lodged complain to jio many times to customer care and official tweeter handle, but reply was same number of user exceeds, so plz return our money or resolve the problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Pathetic Jio customer support. I demanded for manager escalation in working day working hour executive denied stated manager doesn't take calls.and this is only escalation level till senior executive. 6200832390

    Due to @reliancejio I could not book my tatkal ticket because the speed of net was extremely poor. I had been using jio since 2016. I don't think I'll tolerate this anymore. You lost an old customer today. Switching to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio service is getting worst everytime, earlier it came with good data speed with cheaper plans, later Net-speed got bad but plans where cheap, but now net-speed has become worst and plan is same as other network provider. No reason to use jio now, will switch soon.

    @JioCare Hi, it is not our problem that how many users are using in one place at the same time, if we are getting recharged, then we need good internet. At the time of recharging then it is not written that if more users are used in one place internet run slow...

    The internet has become so bad that no website is opening and videos are not downloading, no action has been taken in spite of the complaint. State - Jharkhand City - Jamshedpur Village - Haldipokhar We have good airtel running from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @TRAI

    JIO internet has become so bad that no website is opening and videos are not downloading, no action has been taken in spite of the complaint. State -Jharkhand City -Jamshedpur Village -Haldipokhar We have good airtel running from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia @TRAI

    @JioCare Its pathetic completely pathetic service experience. I am following up for the security deposit refund on my number since so long and still not received it. Plus the network in my area is so pathetic that could not surf any thing. Further there are daily call drops.
