    @JioCare Sorry but these are just vague replies. Even before the lockdown. I had complained to jio numerous times regarding this issue on twitter, email as well as customer care. Back in Nov, your representative assured me that my problem would be solved. But NOTHING has been done yet

    Requesting @reliancejio to improve it's network services, 4G is working like 3G/2G... And call drop is the another big problem, apart from that you are charging extra money as #FUP #Disgusting @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 2 days have not been able to access the internet on my JioFiber.Spoke with the support team they say some beginner will visit your place today but no one came. Work is getting hampered. Please refund the amount if ure unable to provide service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I installed jio Fiber on 25/12/22 & after 1 month ur power adapter of router is not working. So i logged complain and ur engineer changed & charged 250 for that.If ur products r not durable then y u provide those for recovery of installation cost indirectly

    @JioCare The solution you have sent it to me is not working because the problem is not with my device the problem is with the network tower in our area and the technical team of yours in my area careless. So I can only suggest you that to check your technical team in my area. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare yes.. since u don't fulfill my requirement hence I have no option but to disconnect. What I fail to understand is how difficult is it to provide a basic service as Static Public IP and moreover all ur competitors are providing it. Hence u leave me no choice

    Was looking for Jiofi JMR 1040 for so many days, as it was not available online. But thanks to Jio I received a call and now my issue is resolved, I will receive jiofi dongle tomorrow from local distributor. Thanks @reliancejio
