    @JioCare Sorry but these are just vague replies. Even before the lockdown. I had complained to jio numerous times regarding this issue on twitter, email as well as customer care. Back in Nov, your representative assured me that my problem would be solved. But NOTHING has been done yet

    Was looking for Jiofi JMR 1040 for so many days, as it was not available online. But thanks to Jio I received a call and now my issue is resolved, I will receive jiofi dongle tomorrow from local distributor. Thanks @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio no service from jio fiber since morning after calling customer care they are saying some work is going in local level so service will resume by 8 pm.. This is going on regular basis what should we do reference id is MR0000SLVRDQ.. Why consumer bear .....
