So i logged complain and ur engineer changed & charged 250 for that.If ur products r not durable then y u provide those for recovery of installation cost indirectly

I had complained to jio numerous times regarding this issue on twitter, email as well as customer care. Back in Nov, your representative assured me that my problem would be solved.
