@JioCare @reliancejio i have recently transfer my vodafone card to jio. I was having huge expectations but it is totally washed out. Internet speed is worst. My all family is having jio but now i need to think to shift in other if the problem remains same. Do needful.

@reliancejio it take 4min to post a tweet. India is moving towards 5G and jio customer care says speed is low coz you have over users in your area. Its look like joke in 4G world.

@JioCare the worst service ever you can provide. The worst service of yours and least you can do is nothing. Ive applied relocation of the jio fiber on 24th of January and the service was closed without any resolution. The executive is saying to request again for new connection.

@bhatvishu8 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
