    @JioCare @reliancejio I am leaving at Sajod (zip code -393020) And I wanted to complain about the network quality.The network quality is very poor from past 15-20 days that we can't even excess internet. Even we are unable yo sand whatsapp massage. Do the needful for the same.

    @reliancejio would like to suggest you to kindly improve data service as internet speed is very slow. I daily feel lots of trouble while browsing. Hence, there isn't more problem facing while calling. Hopefully you should slove my issue asap. Thank you.

    @reliancejio Worst network in Zadeshwar, Bharuch. I have been complaining to customer care since May-22 but no action till now. u r talking abt 5G..First provide gud 4G network in all areas & then provide 5G. Worst service @PMOIndia & ministry of telecom to look into this. .

    @reliancejio @Facebook 1/n I m using jio service since 3 years. Now It is worst. I m not even able to watch YouTube in 144p or have whatsapp video call. Even sound quality of normal call is poor. My address is Dadhal Inam , Ta:- Ankleshwar Dist:- Bharuch. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I am deeply regretting that I got ported from airtel to jio. Service has completely fallen. The speed is not the same as before. Internet runs very slow. How good was the service 2 years ago. I am very much shocked. And for sure I port again to Airtel.

If @reliancejio can't solve this prblm our area jio user move on another provider. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I called to customer care for complnt abt my data speed issue.They sent technical executive to my home to check technical errors.They told me ur handset is faulty. So I transfer sim to jiofi now also Can't open youtube. (1/2)

    @JioCare very bad service provider is called jio around 1 year to complaint to care number of tweet and mail send to customer care and higher authority but this company is totally lazy no one is help us my family every person use the jio sim but internet speed like 2G.

    @reliancejio @TRAI The customer service agent openly says I cannot raise complaint and I can go ahead and call customer service number - this is not giving any improvements to my situation. @TRAI not just jio everytime I run into issues I have to beg to my ISP , fake out that I'm leaving country.

    One of the worst experiences with service, customer support, and installation by @JioCare. I raised a request for Jio Fiber on April 14, and now it's May 3. Whenever I call customer care, they just say it's "in progress."

    @JioCare Your agent confirmed JioFiber availability, took ₹1200 & installed connection. Now engineer says not serviceable. Internet not working. Need fix or full refund ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What sort of extortion racket are you running? Your customer care people call us, and literally harass us. Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. But calling like a vasooli bhai, threatening people, abusing people only to recharge their phone. What **** is this. Jokers of the highest order!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber very bad sevice. Our time of schedule was changed from 02-May 1-2 pm to 04 May 11 AM. Why are we paying money for the days that we don't get the services. Everywhere they want to save costs and inform that it is written in the contract. 1413599686

    @JioCare How many times must i tell NO PROMO OFFER! ITS A BILLING ISSUE AFTER DOWNGRADING FROM 100MBPS TO 30 MBPS. Your third class app aksed me to pay 706 for the change saying it will be adjusted in next bill and its still not been adjusted!
