    @reliancejio @JioCare I m ur postpaid customer. I stay at Hyderabad Hitech city. Tell me one reason why should i use ur network!? I changed from Airtel coz ur network will be good. But ur network is more than worst.. can you do something or shall i jump to Airtel again!

    @JioCare has a funny way of handling complaints. First they make it utterly impossible to raise a service request. But when you are finally able to raise the request their backend team will close it without resolving it. And then the whole cycle starts again. Pathetic.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed Its been over 2days and my JioAirFiber is still not working Your engineer confirmed the outdoor device is faulty but the issue remains unresolved Even after State Escalation no engineer has visited today Please resolve this urgently #JioAirFiber

    Am convinced that irrespective of hi-tech backbone, AI et al, @JioCare simply cannot resolve an issue! For past 3 weeks, their financial system has removed the plan & payment is in account credit w/o adjusting against invoice. Due to this no internet!

    @JioCare @reliancejio really pathetic service. You collect payment upfront for Jio fibre, then deny service saying installation is not possible and make us wait for months for the refund.
