@SahilLohchab11 @JioCare What I started doing is, answering those calls, complaining them about the issues, then everytime someone else calls, I'd just tell them to check the complaint history.

@JioCare I have been complaining for the last three-four months but my complaint is not being resolved. Forget about 5G, even 4G network does not work properly here. 5G comes and then goes away. 5G comes but does not work.

@JioCare The appointment used to postponed automatically with no representative being assigned the service was down for more than 2 days which hindered my workflow so I had to change the ISP. No use of rectifying the issue as the core issue was never been sorted.
