    @reliancejio worst installation experience from jio fiber. Engineer comes put a random hole on the wall and just setup the wire inspite of explaining how we want the wiring, my new painted house now has holes and inspite of creating ticket no one turns up.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio if u cannot fix it, tell me I will opt out. This concern has become day to day headache for me from the day I activated this connection, if u cannot fix it, refund my 3 months advance else I will go to consumer court.

    @reliancejio jio's fibre is good but its cable services are worst, just in 15 days it removed promised chennels and asking for premium packages and inteface is ugly puzzle. Local cable inerface is far easy and superior.

    @JioCare I have already texted my number and most probably ur team wud hv seen the number of complaints and calls i made in a month still no response from your end highlights the seriousness ur company having towards customer's concern not a single msg or call i received yo redressal

    @Airtel_Presence do you support on broadband? If yes, please shut down your 3rd class service. On every weekend your broadband stop working. Dear @reliancejio please launch fiber in my area we are fed up with Airtel now.

    The installation guy takes the OTP by peeping on the phone and updates the team that installation is completed but he left the wires loose without doing any setup. Later he comes after 3 hours and fix the connection.. after an hour Internet is gone. @reliancejio
