Hey @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 20 days when I deactivate my sim but still I won't get my refund neither I got any e-mail from your side. I already pay my bil and now my sim is also not working but there is no information about refund And your customer care is pathetic

My Jio App needs to have human interface for trouble shooting, expecting senior citizens to deal with bots is unreasonable. I think my mistake I moved from regular city run cable network to jio, my parents have to suffer cos of my faith in new technology @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Your jiofiber speed is really pathetic since 10-15 days. Speed tracker is showing speed for 150 mbps but too much of buffering while surfing. Expected a better speed…@airtelindia is giving better service/plans in my vicinity. Please do something
