    @JioCare I have the call recording of this. if you want I can share it here where engineer is blaming your sales executive saying ki "MAi OTP requirements ke liye hold par daal raha hoon". I told him to either install it or cancel the booking than said his boss has told him to put on hold

    @JioCare Why my connection is on hold? Payment & KYC has been done so now you get the connection done or cancel the booking .Your engineer who visited my house today spoke to the executive who did this booking and told him that he has done wrong booking because there is no live box near

    @JioCare As soon i switch on the data, all the data is consumed without any use,why is this happening???why are you stoling my data and even if i am trying to call customer care there is no option for talking with customer care..and its getting part of life..solve this issue
