khushbu shah (@khushbuSEO) reported@JioCare i have registered my complaint for internet connection issue by yesterday. It's more than 24 hours but issue not solved. Technician (vimal Parmar, navarangpura, Ahmedabad-9) scheduled visit for today between 12 to 1 but not come.

Yuvraj Shrivastava (@yuvraj_71) reported@JioCare I was told the technician would reach within 30 min of scheduled time, yet nobody came. I didn't receive any call. I informed same thing to your sales person, Mr.Shamsher & now he is also not picking up the call. Using JioFiber since 2015, I have never faced this kind of issue.

As soon as I said this, the Basni JioFiber staff got angry. It seems they don't even have two minutes to talk to a customer properly.
