@reliancejio hey the network is very poor(it's zero in ground and first floor of all buildings)in 7th cross, borewell road, Whitefield Bangalore and we tried to raise complaints but couldn't get the right support. Is it something you can help with? Around 70 families are affected

@JioCare @reliancejio I am not able to access company specific software provided by infosys like "WSS Agent" with your jio mobile data. please let me know how can i fix it .your Care reprsntative also not able to help me. should i switch network to other provider?
