@JioCare I am tired of seeing the same response. Till now I did not even get a call from anyone. Ur customer care is pathetic and it doesn't have an option to talk to a person. @_MukeshAmbani I am from Hyderabad.if this kind of service is there in Hyderabad. What can you expect anywhere?

@JioCare My JioFiber connection (No: 3613525482) has not been working since 14 March 2026. I have already raised three complaints but the issue is still not resolved. Please look into this urgently and arrange a service engineer. Location: Guwahati, Assam.

@reliancejio there is an internet network speed issue I am facing from last one year since it is converted to 5G jio sim. my phone and sim is 5g but never got this speed even recharged of 5G. customer support has same repeatedly answer while complaining. Till date no resolution worst network

@JioCare Subsequently, I contacted one of his senior staff members, Mr. Kaushik Das, regarding this issue. During our conversation, he informed me that the installation of a new Dish Antenna at my residence may take at least 10–15 days.

@JioCare I've already read that, and can understand. my question is why you need 3 days for your engineering team to visit and fix my problem, I am not located in a village or a remote city. if you need 3 days for a tier 2 city, imagine how bad your service will be in towns and villages.
