Pathetic service, worst experience! My Jio Fiber has not been working and I have been constantly following up since 26.04.2026. Engineer visit is being rescheduled without my request/consent or knowledge. No resolution till date. Just fooling the customer. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Technicians come, and say there is an issue, we have uploaded it to the group, I don't know whatever that group is, and they go back. And the wifi never works. It's been 2 weeks. Today they even tried relocation and the **** is still down.

Another eye opener post: I cancelled my @jio_fiber connection request on 17th April. So far I had to call @jio_fiber customer care several times to take update on my refund. They keep telling a new date of my refund. Please be careful guys. @reliancejio
