I am a user of Jio Fibre past 2.5 years! Company shud extend the service whn the fault is frm their side y should pay for their fault? Am i right or not? they resolve the issue in 24hrs bt y should i pay for it? extend by service and tke 72hrs i dnt care! @GyanTherapy @JioCare

@JioCare The main problem is cell site become non functional when electricity shuts down and this affects whole locality and area served by Jio tower installed in Khan sahib town of district Budgam. The cell site should be functional using generator during electricity shut downs. Help

@JioCare I asked for a new fibre connection and even paid a 3 months advance rental.But the connection could not be installed due to technical issue. Its been one month since and I have not received the REFUND.
