@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare Dear JIO Team, Just 20 days before we have taken new JIO Fiber connection. From Day 1 it was found there are is some issue with Set Top Box and Remote. But Technicial not visiting and closing the ticket (SR).

@JioCare I logged SR on 22nd till now you don't have Engineer? Then without visiting or resolving issue how can you close SR. There is no information to the customer about SR is closed.
