    I am requesting you to refund back my STB amount not the recharge amount, why should I pay for which I didn't get any service. Will @reliancejio pay amount for any thing without service. I think you Reliance should maintain standards in service providing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Quite unsatisfied with the Jio Fiber services, very slow speeds, low range and the speeds fluctuate during the day causing loss of time and work. It's high time Jio must focus on Customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. #JioFiber #RelianceJio #Jio

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Just I spoke to appellete officer Abdul , what type of customer care executive hired by Jio. Such a sarcastic fellow and not able to understand the customer concern. Yester raise complaint and within 5 hrs complaint closed and stating that no issue
