    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio Hi, can any tell me is their jio fiber available in Gadag, Karnataka, I have tried to reach Customer care and SHO from past 15 days no info. I have raised a new request in app for connection no response. Hoping I'll get a reply here.

    I am requesting you to refund back my STB amount not the recharge amount, why should I pay for which I didn't get any service. Will @reliancejio pay amount for any thing without service. I think you Reliance should maintain standards in service providing.

    @JioCare Complainted about loss of jio SIM. And visited jio digital care, BALLARI on yesterday. Jio care twitter handle asked me to delete the online complaint and asked to send details through direct message. Still no response. Server issues.... When I can get my jio sim

    @JioCare we want jio Fiber Only. But please let us know how much we need to wait. if we choose any other service provider, it will not be easy to jio switch then. That's why we are requesting so many times. P.S. : Jio mobile network is terribly slow here. So, we need fiber connection

    @AJIOLife @reliancejio Hey, I've written a dozens of mails to ajio customer care to enable my imps on my ajio account but there is no good response from them, kindly look into this issue and enable IMPS on my ajio account ASAP.

    @LiveFromALounge @JioCare My experience is opposite. Service appointment after 24hrs. while giving connection to others, technicians disconnect already existing customers. Poor technical training, sub standard staff training. Jiofiber service is one of the worst. BSNL service may be better.

    @reliancejio First improve jiofiber services, one of the worst in servicing. Why do you need 24 hrs to restore disrupted service, that too due to fault of your technical service boys. NO local manager to talk or resolve the issue. What a shameful service from such a big company.
