    @JioCare Complainted about loss of jio SIM. And visited jio digital care, BALLARI on yesterday. Jio care twitter handle asked me to delete the online complaint and asked to send details through direct message. Still no response. Server issues.... When I can get my jio sim

    @JioCare 45 days gone, issue raised on 8th July still unresolved. How many mre mnths/yrs. @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare Y was 1st installation dne via window whn duct option was avble.its illegal. assurance on call that v'll sort issue this week. however no resolution yet.#newagescam

    @reliancejio @JioCare The result is still the same, as on date no one has contacted me or visited my place for device pickup. You raise a service request, it will be closed by saying "the customer is not reachable" and repeat the same process again. Can you really solve this?
