I am requesting you to refund back my STB amount not the recharge amount, why should I pay for which I didn't get any service. Will @reliancejio pay amount for any thing without service. I think you Reliance should maintain standards in service providing.

@reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani it's been almost 6month, regarding SR0000134E3W. I haven't received any updates, neither set-up box or amount refund. Please have some respect towards customer query and his hard earned money.

It's terrible experience from @reliancejio @JioCare I bought jio simcard but that was being used recently from another customer and registered on various institutions that i received so many calls during daytime. I approached jio care office, staff said it's not in their hand !
