    @reliancejio I've recharged my Jio number with ₹666/- yesterday still I'm getting phone calls and sms from you to recharge my number. This isn't expected from Jio. Also your Customer care number 198 and 199 are not functioning.

    Poor service offered by @JioCare . We installed and paid for the #Jiofiberbusiness solution on January 31, but the internet service has not yet begun. The salesperson who coordinated the sale of the service no longer picks up our calls.

    @reliancejio I am using jio postpaid since 1 and half year . My January 2023 bill is wrongly generated showing bill amount Rs. 2677.42 and the customer care is not taking my complaint . As per bill 30 min ISD calling to Maldives is charged which is not done my me . Need Help

    @JioCare Since when you have been working on my issue. Patience should be on one limit but more patience is more dangerous because you type of people take this as for granted. BUT WHY YOIU ARE NOT TELLING ABOUT SLA? #JIO

    @JioCare why the server is going down Call connectivity issue happening a lot from last 2 weeks Internet speed is also very slow.. This is really embracing moment with JIO..
