    @JioCare sir I have been facing a lot of issue with internet connection regarding jio fiber net... When we got in touch with local jio office we were told that issue was with local internet connection kindly resolve it or refund the amount

    @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani it's been almost 6month, regarding SR0000134E3W. I haven't received any updates, neither set-up box or amount refund. Please have some respect towards customer query and his hard earned money.

    I am requesting you to refund back my STB amount not the recharge amount, why should I pay for which I didn't get any service. Will @reliancejio pay amount for any thing without service. I think you Reliance should maintain standards in service providing.

    @JioCare Complainted about loss of jio SIM. And visited jio digital care, BALLARI on yesterday. Jio care twitter handle asked me to delete the online complaint and asked to send details through direct message. Still no response. Server issues.... When I can get my jio sim

    The problem remains ever since airfiber was installed at my home. I tweeted about it earlier and somehow it got better in the month of Feb and March and at request of your local team, i took the tweet down. but now again it’s causing problems, working super slow. @JioCare

    @JioCare Local staff is refusing my installation, claiming the wire is too long. Company policy is 100m max, but my requirement is only 70-80m. No valid reason given. Requesting an urgent inquiry and action against the local team. Fix this. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    No engineer has arrived yet. It was a big mistake to get @reliancejio WiFi installed. The network was already poor, but we thought this would help—however, the decision turned out to be wrong. Now there seems to be no solution, so please refund our payment @JioCare
