@JioCare house no.138 shahpura mohalla beawar (RAJ) even for call or surfing net we had to go outside the house even ladies irritated with this if network in our area as well as home will not get proper we will convert our sim to other service providor ASAP.

@JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

@JioCare Total mess & time waste it was trying to get this connection. 3 days of disappointment from top to bottom. Everyone wants to earn some legally some illegally for the connection. No interest for retaining the customers, just bluffing. No proper updates. #FAIL #pathetic

Jio is one of the worst service provider. After complaining 10 to 15 times no resolution received. Their customer executive not talk properly & disconnect call. Every time same response "IN YOUR AREA USERS ARE MORE SO YOU FACE PROBLEM" @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @consumerforum_ @forum_consumer Fraud by Jio Fiber. Installed new connection and promised to refund whole amount Rs. 2500 if not satisfied with services within 30 days. But on disconnection before 30 days, Rs. 1000 deducted. JIO Fiber service ID 300382097216.
