    @JioCare i am jayesh jhanwar from beawar rajasthan my add is shahpura mohalla bwr sir we hadnt received network in our area from past 1 yr we had complain 3 to 5 times they didnt define time, every time customer care said we will try.we even can't able tocall

    @reliancejio I had lost my phone and the jio sim with it two months back. I have been trying to reach out to Jio via helpline to help me with a new sim and account reactivation but it has been useless. I obviously could not go the the store because of lockdown. Kindly help.

    @JioCare By when it will be solved? I am paying ~1200 rupees for 30 days and it comes Rs.40/day. 2 days I remained without service and 3rd day is approaching.. Will u give me an extention of my plan expiry. No, right? Instead you will stop your service sharp at the scheduled time.
