    @JioCare house no.138 shahpura mohalla beawar (RAJ) even for call or surfing net we had to go outside the house even ladies irritated with this if network in our area as well as home will not get proper we will convert our sim to other service providor ASAP.

    @JioCare i am jayesh jhanwar from beawar rajasthan my add is shahpura mohalla bwr sir we hadnt received network in our area from past 1 yr we had complain 3 to 5 times they didnt define time, every time customer care said we will try.we even can't able tocall

    I keep on calling the Jio office managers in Ranchi n the technicians but they behave bad and keep eluding. @reliancejio gave me bad experience for getting a gigafiber connection. I rqst for service start and connection ASAP. Address: Phool Bagan, Pathal kudwa, Ranchi 834001.

    @reliancejio poor customer service from Jio Fiber team. No support available despite of service outage of 7 hrs. Service not provided in agreed time line in absence of manpower as informed by CSO SHELLY. She even don't know of their senior and will not help before 24 hours

    @reliancejio @JioCare No connectivity of Jio network in rural areas of Nainital District Uttrakhand since 18th October. Other service providers working well. Only Jio customers facing problem. Very sorry state of affairs. People who opted for MNP to Jio regretting their decision.

    @JioCare I have raise service request and complaints multiple time that even when my number is on DND full activation then also I am receiving unwanted promotional & commercial calls. How many times the customer has to raise this issue. Kindly check your DM for details.
