@JioCare mere yaha network he nhi aata dost ek app choro 81kb ki image he download nhi hoti toh koi app toh chalana durr ki baat. Mere ko lgta h you guyz jst waste our time. Soon my validity will be over an m ported my sim to @airtelindia.

@JioCare i had provide you all the details of mine as well as my area now u guyz have only 10 days after that when my pack of 90 days complete i will ported to @airtelindia if with in 10 days yur coverage network is not able to reach in my house.

@JioCare house no.138 shahpura mohalla beawar (RAJ) even for call or surfing net we had to go outside the house even ladies irritated with this if network in our area as well as home will not get proper we will convert our sim to other service providor ASAP.

@JioCare Hi Team, any update? Nobody is confirming my status. Now i lost hope on jio. Even with escalation nobody is taking needed actions. Local technician is rescheduling and cancelling appointments and jio is sleeping! Worst customer service!!

Due to Myjio wrong Recharge Done. And Jio support is not helping! I was recharging 25rs data voucher on 13th. But How Plan Changed by default to 12months plan Don't know. As my Paytm wallet liked I was unable to stop the transaction. @jio @reliancegroup @JioCare Please help!

@JioCare unprofessional behaviour of customer care. Unable to understand my issue and blaming my WiFi and my mobile. My second sim is Airtel which doesn't have connectivity issue like Jio sim. Then how my broadband or mobile will have issue. Have professional with knowledge.
