@JioCare I raised request to disconnect Jio # on 2nd March. JioCare is giving me different timeline 24 hrs,48 hrs. Its more than 48hrs now.SR0000145SQ0 request number.Even I asked to talk to superior, customer care disconnected the call?Is this your new way of providing service??

@reliancejio @JioCare I Paid for jio fibre connection in Monday, and I was suppose to get installation on same day and today id Thursday , no connection and no refund. Do not fool customer. Refund my money if u can't give connection
