@JioCare the jio FAT box is very far from my home.I contacted your engineers to move the FAT BOX near to my house but they didn't do that. There are other people who are willing to take connection too. Please help us with this.

@JioCare @reliancejio hi past few days JioFiber internet keep disconnect , multiple tickets were raised, service ppl were saying its a backend issue ,entire anna nagar area affected takes 3 to 4 working days to resolve, I am wfh, so should I wait 3 to 4 days to resolve the issue?

Breach of Trust @AJIOLife @reliancejio @JioCare Ordered a pair of shoes on 31 July & today received a pair of slippers instead. Packaging is tampered, signs of wear & tear. Tried calling helpline number & they put my call on hold & later disconnected. Pathetic service really
