@JioCare the jio FAT box is very far from my home.I contacted your engineers to move the FAT BOX near to my house but they didn't do that. There are other people who are willing to take connection too. Please help us with this.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice During installation co. person said it is 6+1 scheme,6 month paid and 1 month free. Paid whole amt. But got the bill after 6 months, customer care saying no such voucher is entered with your connection . Have to pay. False commitment/Promise

To @reliancejio @JioCare (1/3 )On 5th feb 2022 i recharged for jio fiber 999+gst plan From same day i m unable to use my internet as well as setup box. I made multiple complaints but you did not solve any. I request you to cancel my jio fiber connection and refund my deposit
