    @JioCare Its > 2Mo old issue, u wer 2 send a technician. Let me know what has been done so far to improve latency and low speed. Does it take #RelianceJio so much time to resolve a small issue? Alternately waive off charges for period u hv not and can’t resolve the issue! Fair deal ??

    I dont think #Jio is really being helpful to made me work in such kind of pandemic. Please look dt issue seriously as we are loosing network . We are paying alot to get these services but still being disappointed. @reliancejio @TRAI Place : Badarka , Unnao

    @darshanvmehta1 @JioCare @flameoftruth They are screwing up each of their launches...jiomart was a nightmare, jiomeet copied from zoom, now this, jio network pathetic while traveling, how jio works?? offer free, get millions of subscribers, show it off to foreign investors and make money, forget the subscribers

    I am experiencing a very pathetic service of Jio network even though mobile tower is just over my head .Everyday i loose network once dr is a powercut & it is being experienced quite alot a day around 4-5 hrs/day.One side we are promoting WFH & otherhand loosing network.@JioCare

    @JioCare The internet speed is worst since today morning in my location. Neither children could join online classes nor we are able to work. I tried reaching customer care but in vain. People are frustrated with jio slow speed. Not able to use whatsApp also. Zip code 845438

    @reliancejio I received confirmation of STB delivery and setup on 24th June and it said the service will be done in 4 working days But took today no one has come and even the contact person number given to me is not answering the call What should be done
