@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@reliancejio @JioCare do not buy jio fiber as they are cheter and always cheating customer. They did not refund my 1000 rs after disconnection. After continuous follow-ps with their appellate authority they scheduled pickup 4 times and din not visit. Picup made after due date
