    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Simply send someone to pick the device and return my money. I don't want this pathetic service. Called cust care 10&12 times, they can't transfer to senior, can't help, only keep apologising.

    @JioCare already opted port in jio bt ppl from vi hve manipulated words to my dad in call who is not that techno friendly thet have fraudulently taken the cancel request saying do this msg other wise sim card services will get stand cancelled i have already dne the jio recharge for 400.

    @JioCare yesterday I got a call to pay my overdue bill amount..if you can track the bill amount of each one..m sure you can track the signal strengths at various places... M facing a severe network crunch since one week....there is absolutely zero signal to access the internet

    @JioCare Thanks for ur prompt response. My Jio number is 9451419881, alternate contact number is 9599932249. Pls be noted that I am in Delhi/NCR region now but my family living in Sultanpur U.P are struggling very much. I can't even talk to them during any urgency due to ntwrk issue.
