U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

When one calls my phone they hear that the number is unreachable/off. Then later in the day I get an sms from @reliancejio that I had missed a call. But my phone is on throughout. Jio's customer care is useless. Does @TRAI monitor these calls not connected as a KPI?
