    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @saurabhjain264 Team still I'm waiting for your response. Your sales agent are doing fraud to complete there sales targets and you guys don't care about that even if the customer is contacting you guys again and again. This is horrible customer experience what I'm facing now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare : in our office “JioPrivateNet” hotspots are present. My wifi was on, it get connected automatically, my apps got auto updated and all my data balance for the month is gone. Why that wifi deducted my own balance?? What type of service is that?

    @JioCare Every day is a issue in afternoon time today I was not able to give my bank certification exam due to net down it was working fine in the morning n all of sudden it got disconnected I receive messages everyday in the afternoon that internet is down in your area

    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare Totally agree. Jio is becoming the worst service provider. Even I am thinking of porting to Airtel.
