    @reliancejio @JioCare network problem any time in my location . Internet connection problem when u fix it I’m already complain in customer care but no one response. U cheating me on my data I’m not using too much internet but u cut my all data with out using resolve issues

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @LogicalIndians I have places a request to port in Jio about 10 days ago and the executive took the money as well on 27th January, still the services are not activated. This is the first time I have seen reluctance in the company to onboard a new customer

    Modern Extortion: Outdated hardware(a decade) to support modern internet speed and then request customers to upgrade on the pretext of faster connectivity. Faced the same with @ACTFibernet. Few like @JioCare provide the latest hardware, but sad you do not serve in my location.

    By the by, I'm porting Lakshmi's BSNL connection to @reliancejio. I don't know why, even after years of the advent of 4G, BSNL has not yet upgraded from 3G to 4G? As a customer, I've no choice than to shift to a provider for speedy 4G, that too at a cheaper rate than BSNL's 3G.

    @reliancejio it has passed almost 1 months of booking Jio Fibre Connection and Advance Bill Payment but Jio did not setup Connection even did not contact me since booking connection. very bad service

    @JioCare Fed up with your hopeless Customer Service! Your local sales team hard sold Jio fiber to me saying "If I pay for 6 months, I get 1 more month for free". Now, my account is deactivated after 6months of usage. Where is the one month free period as you promised?
