    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare network problem any time in my location . Internet connection problem when u fix it I’m already complain in customer care but no one response. U cheating me on my data I’m not using too much internet but u cut my all data with out using resolve issues

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @JioCare What kind of joke is this? Paying ₹3599 for “5G” and getting 27 kbps max speed for the last 5 days. The network keeps shamelessly switching back to 4G on its own. Not just me, the whole Hathkowapara, Azara area is suffering the same nonsense.

    @JioCare Hi team, the technician visit is scheduled tomorrow at 12 pm. When a person was assigned only yesterday to fix this, why is it happening again? I was promised timely service when I took the connection. Now all your technicians only ignore calls.
