    @JioCare I have changed my location and shifted to one of the relative as no internet speed. Still there is network issue.only showing one bar in the mobile sometime that also not showing. Sent that location to your network team and try to fix as earliest.

    @JioCare Already using @reliancejio as a backup SIM. At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

    @reliancejio Hello worst network in AghaliaMishirVillage inVijaypur GopalganjBihar. We are paying for 4g speed and we are not even getting 2g speed or network in this location. We are on work From home and if our calls and internet will not be connected out firmwill terminate us.

    Data speed is very bad and you are not able to fix it for the last 1 year. Yes money is definitely ahead to take 4g @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio @BandBajaateRaho worst network. 2 months back only I have ported to jio postpaid and paying 1k per month for slowest internet speed and unable to make call poor network. It seems I did big mistake to port in jio. no one care about the service here.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am complaining to meny time regarding same issue but all times given same reply too many users, then why you are given lots of sim. I'm recharging same amount as loke metro cities location. If there's issue then why you are charging same amount??

    @reliancejio finally i m quiting with the service of jio becouse of its worst network. I was suffering from your service from last 1 month and i complained too for this but you didn't do anything .

    @JioCare @reliancejio 8 kbps what a speed of jio 4G with signal bar 1 or 2. Please concern your network team and provide the resolution.

    @JioCare From last 15 days very bad network in my area between 6-10pm.. When u charge a certain amount of fee for your service then why you don't provide us the service continuosly.. Do something about this otherwise i shall stop using jio.

    @JioCare Last week I have raised the request but it seems everyone one is sleeping and just they are sending the bill on time to customer. One of the big mistake by selecting this network provider for the current location.

    @reliancejio One, we cannot go out of the house and this Jio's internet is so slow that a page is not opening. This is happening so much. Despite how many times it has been Complain, it has not been solved. Please request that the facility of running internet fast in my area soon

    @utsavtechie how do i upgrade my s22ultra to 5g i have @JioCare all i did was click on the banner in myjio app but nothing happened. Pretty sure mumbai has 5g support.
