@reliancejio Whenever I come to my hometown. Reliance Jio Internet and calls services are very bad. I always move here and there for proper network. My Home Town is Village Pandey Mathauli, Post Shankhe Khas, District: Gopalganj Bihar. I urge you to look into issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am complaining to meny time regarding same issue but all times given same reply too many users, then why you are given lots of sim. I'm recharging same amount as loke metro cities location. If there's issue then why you are charging same amount??

@JioCare @reliancejio @BandBajaateRaho worst network. 2 months back only I have ported to jio postpaid and paying 1k per month for slowest internet speed and unable to make call poor network. It seems I did big mistake to port in jio. no one care about the service here.

@JioCare Last week I have raised the request but it seems everyone one is sleeping and just they are sending the bill on time to customer. One of the big mistake by selecting this network provider for the current location.

@JioCare I have changed my location and shifted to one of the relative as no internet speed. Still there is network issue.only showing one bar in the mobile sometime that also not showing. Sent that location to your network team and try to fix as earliest.

Did you know how 2GB/day data is consumed so quickly? @reliancejio exposed. Data packets dropped even in private network, before reaching Internet (Public Network) are counted in usage. So ur actual usage may be hardly .5GB 1/2

I have been complaining to customer support for network issue for past 5months but is of no use, upload or download speed is very less compare to other, even nowadays youtube start buffer.
