    @JioCare Hi Prasanna, I have not received any response from team jio on the mentioned issue. As stated my pack ends on 10th March 23, which is already done. No Voucher has been credited yet to my account. Is this the usual way of attracting customers by making fake promises? @reliancejio

    @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio I ordered alexa from jio Mart on 9th March delivery date was 10th March then 11th now it's 12. There is no cancel option available in their my order section. I contacted the customer support they replied. 1/2

    @JioCare I complained about it a few weeks ago nothing happening. You say too many people using internet. 7am is not rush hour neither is 12am. dont take customer beyond ur capacity. We are paying exact amount for worse service

    Unethical practice by @reliancejio on Fiber network, on annual account with Netflix OTT they have created auto logout function. They will enable usage only after follow up. And have created @JioCare difficult to even Register a complain and hence delay service and extrude money.
