@JioCare Where is my SetTopBox? Engineer rescheduled the visit for 5times now. Even after several tweet, DM, email and calls & false promises. I haven't received my STB yet. Is anyone from Jio bothering to read the complaints? Seems your goal is customer dissatisfaction.

@JioCare Problem still persists . Neflix does not work for last 2 months and Jio is still looking for their best technician to understand issue. Shame on you. Useless company. 4 engineers visited and still could not figure out. You are bunch of incompetent people who came under Jio banner
