I recharged my Jio Fiber number twice last night. The amount got deducted twice but the benefits are still not reflecting. I have tried to call customer care but they are not redirecting me to someone I can speak to, nor the chatbots are of any help. @JioCare @reliancejio

Just replying, please check your credentials, May I have one doubt is there any other options for logging into an app. Now I have been moved into @airtelindia to @reliancejio for the worst #safepay option. Looks like it's a fraud and baseless security option. @Airtel_Presence
