    and then they did it few more times and. Now today they are saying they won't be able to give us connectivity as our house is litte away from road. Is this a joke or a way to take money and not provide service or an early excuse from ur team if the service will be poor @JioCare

    @reliancejio jiofibr in kashmir srinagar has nilot been able to restore jiofibr service though complaint made 6 days ago. Every day promised to settle issue. Is there anyone at the senior level to monitor the activities of their staff. Very unfortunate. Only promises. Shame.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Team I have raised a complaint for the issue with reference number SR000015DT2K. And your team member said that We will update you within 48 hours.but unfortunatly my complaint was closed without informing me and we are still facing same network issues.

    @JioCare Its Already More Than 48 Hours Since My Fiber Cut. How Much Time Will It Take Them To Replace It? Even The Local Service Providers Don't Take As Much Time You Are Taking. Either Rewire My Connection Today Or Tell Me Formalities To Cancel My Connection.

    @JioCare complete failure of jiofibr service in srinagar with the snowfall. Thanks to technicians for unsatisfactory laying of cables at the location of customers. Hope someone looks into the affairs of local units in hyderpora area.

    In our locality @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is worst network I will suggest to all my colleague's to join @reliancejio network

    And the lies continue at @reliancejio . After a supposedly firm and 100% confirmation that the service engineer will visit between 6-7 (which was after a firm commitment they will visit between 10-1), no one has turned up. Reason is technical issue. Morons!

    This has been my worst ever experience @reliancejio with my jiofibre connection not working from the day of installation 26/12/20 .So called your technician worth nothing useless & incapable of resolving this.Even took ₹1700 extra from me .Hell with jio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare That's the issue. Jio fiber is not being made available in our area. God knows why. Just look into the reason for delay in paying jio fiber in our area. I repeat area name. Its Noorabad Zakura, Srinagar.

    Complaining from last 2-3 months about regular modem disconnection, range of wifi suddenly dropping even when sitting next to modem and 5g jio wifi network becoming invisible but ur customer care only tells me to restart the modem but I want my modem to be replaced @JioCare

    @JioCare my location is just 50 mts away from the jio network site and I always recieve speed more than 25 Mbps. My appeal is can you ask your network team to check the site. I never had speed related issue for this long in 3-4 years. Usually it was max. for half a day.

    @JioCare since yesterday internet is too slow to be used. I called 198 but people there are hopeless. Repeatedly I have been told problem is due to network congestion. But network congestion automatically become normal in 2-3 hrs. It's been 24hrs & I am unable to use internet.
