Every day promised to settle issue. Is there anyone at the senior level to monitor the activities of their staff. Very unfortunate. Only promises. Shame.

After a supposedly firm and 100% confirmation that the service engineer will visit between 6-7 (which was after a firm commitment they will visit between 10-1), no one has turned up.
