    @umarnisar_tral @airtelindia Dear @JioCare it's my humble request, please pack up your bags from Srinagar city. Your internet speed and network issue sucked half of my blood. It's better to switch @Airtel_Presence from JIO.

    @JioCare Its Already More Than 48 Hours Since My Fiber Cut. How Much Time Will It Take Them To Replace It? Even The Local Service Providers Don't Take As Much Time You Are Taking. Either Rewire My Connection Today Or Tell Me Formalities To Cancel My Connection.

    @JioCare For the love of God, hire some more people for your customer care. The waiting time is in hours. I have been swindled by your employees who induced me pay for jio fiber connection but who now say that they don't have a long enough cable for my home. My Jio no: 9858068276

    @reliancejio jiofibr in kashmir srinagar has nilot been able to restore jiofibr service though complaint made 6 days ago. Every day promised to settle issue. Is there anyone at the senior level to monitor the activities of their staff. Very unfortunate. Only promises. Shame.

    Communication gag has been reimposed in Kashmir. Mobile Internet and calling services have been shut down. Only @BSNLCorporate is working rest @airtelindia @JioCare @VodafoneIN @Idea switched off there network to promote Bsnl in valley

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Team I have raised a complaint for the issue with reference number SR000015DT2K. And your team member said that We will update you within 48 hours.but unfortunatly my complaint was closed without informing me and we are still facing same network issues.

    @JioCare complete failure of jiofibr service in srinagar with the snowfall. Thanks to technicians for unsatisfactory laying of cables at the location of customers. Hope someone looks into the affairs of local units in hyderpora area.

    @JioCare Generic statements like “as per schedule” are not helpful. If this is not resolved today, I will escalate this issue further and file a formal complaint against Reliance Jio for service failure and delay. Waiting for a clear confirmation, not another generic response.

    @JioCare By worst service I left Jio.please return my advance payment of Rs 2221 which you had taken from me as an advance with a false promise of good service. Don’t give lame excuse of commitmted subscription to deny my advance payment for which you have not rendered any service.

    @JioCare I'm reaching out about the persistent issues with Jio's service. I've already filed a complaint three months ago, and despite recharging for another three months, the problems continue. I'm currently using an Airtel connection via Wi-Fi to even send this!

    Pathetic customer service by Jio. Even the direct LAN connection is not working. I called customer service yesterday, only to be told by the customer care representative to restart the WiFi router, which was a completely senseless solution. @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI (2)

    Even after ~13 days outage (8–21 April), multiple SRs, visits, router & ODU replacement you may still get zero accountability & no rebate. If this is how customers are treated, think twice before choosing Jio AirFiber. Service promises ≠ reality. @JioCare @TRAI
