After a supposedly firm and 100% confirmation that the service engineer will visit between 6-7 (which was after a firm commitment they will visit between 10-1), no one has turned up. Reason is technical issue. Morons!

We request @JioCare to investigate the network issue and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible. please conduct a proper network survey and install a new tower to provide reliable coverage.
