@JioCare getting issue to install fiber optic connection at my home as the team is saying the distance between your house and S2 is more than 130 mtrs and HT line is there between. Though there’s no HT line it’s LT line. Please help to solve the issue. Location : Amravati -444601

@JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio 4G connection but sad to say I have to depend upon BSNL 3G because at Katkumbh village in Amravati there is very poor or no network of Jio. No Jio tower.

@JioCare I got jio fiber connection yesterday and it stopped working after 1 hr, I called the engineer and they told me they can't do anything, we need to customer care.. Customer care said we need to wait now for engeener visit. Pathetic experience on day 1.
