@JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio 4G connection but sad to say I have to depend upon BSNL 3G because at Katkumbh village in Amravati there is very poor or no network of Jio. No Jio tower.

@JioCare I have network problm in my home indore and outdoor area from when i bought jio sim and when i masg your costomer care they tell me to be patience. Every time they tell me same reason and tell me, we are improving. I am not satisfied from your jio care. Please resolved my issue

@JioCare getting issue to install fiber optic connection at my home as the team is saying the distance between your house and S2 is more than 130 mtrs and HT line is there between. Though there’s no HT line it’s LT line. Please help to solve the issue. Location : Amravati -444601

If any resolution will be provided by airtel service provider then we will not port at any other company. Otherwise we will port all 6 (airtel) numbers in @JioCare or with any other service providers. Network condition is so poor that we can't call anybody from home.
