  @JioCare No response yet for the service request SR00003CPNPD. It's been 2 days we are facing internet issue , calls are disconnecting in every meeting . Why this air fibre is giving so much issues ? Can we go back to normal jio fibre id?

  @JioCare Your entire system is corrupt as there us no way to connect to customer service executive. Everything is automated & doesn't cater to customer's specific need. The internet is disrupted from ur end by last 24 hra & today when supposedly services are restored yet no internet

  We are facing a serious JioAirFiber internet issue in PIN Code 767025. The internet remains unavailable for nearly 20 hours every day. This problem has been continuing for several days despite repeated complaints. Kindly investigate the network issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

  Can you please launch unlimited 4g plan like Airtel & Vi for 4g users as many people are still there in 4g networks & not able to upgrade to 5g & in many areas even with 5g handset but the 5g network is not proper stable & strong it goes mainly to 4g only @reliancejio
