    @JioCare @reliancejio why urs network internet speed is slow ...Its not even 2G. Forget about 4G and 5G. You guys have increased price package/ plan ..That's was okay .But what about net speed and network facilities ?

    @JioCare Very bad network for Jio mobile, poor internet speed and even Jio Airfibre is intermittent with at least one daily outage. This is in Silpa Avenue Colony, Hyderabad.

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital @JioCare I am an jio customer and recently recharged my number. However, for the last 39 days, I have been facing severe network and internet issues. The internet speed is extremely poor, and the service is not working properly despite multiple complaints.

    @JioCare @JioCare It's been 8 days since my JioFiber cancellation. Your team promised a refund within 7 working days, but I have received neither the refund nor any update. Multiple follow-ups have yielded no resolution. Kindly process my refund immediately.
