@SamsungIndia @JioCare no wifi calling when 5g is enabled on jio on primary/sim1. However same is available for secondary sim with same settings. If set to LTE manually it works for both. Have chexked with multiple samsung phones. Same issue pls fix

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , Today we got call from 9398675063 and claimed that they have called from jio care and asked us confirm that we are in your network or not and then scolded my family with very abusive words I am not sure which 3rd party company you have hired for.

Today is day 6....still no resolution received....not received the set top box.....same process of call center and service engineer blame game continues....pls refund if the issue cannot be resolved by you....what service is this ?? @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat

@JioCare your JioTV+ app is bug ridden, it just keeps on buffering when I open any channel, I think you guys should compensate customers for poor services and trouble we have to go through!

Ok currently using @Google pixel 6a 5G , with @JioCare sim on prepaid card of 2999, living in Lucknow, why the hell @reliancejio you are not sending jio 5g welcome offer ..this is so annoying.worst experience till day.

@JioCare And, what about the bill payment? Last month I paid the bill and told that the bonus month voucher will be applied after I pay the bill. But this month surprisingly I receive the same bill and where is my bonus month? Even my internet is suspended? Could you please fix it?
