    @JioCare Very disappointed with your service. For the last three months I have been paying full monthly charges but facing frequent connectivity issues almost daily. Every time your team gives the same excuse of an outage, yet the problem is never permanently resolved.

    @JioCare Restoration is NOT done. Your tech BLOCKED my number after a failed fix on April 7. The ODB box in Gwaltoli is open & damaged for months (see photo). I've emailed the Nodal Officer. Don't close this until a senior tech visits. ID: SR000032QJ1L.

    @JioCare I guess you could check the previous conversations. Anyways, let me make it easy. Bad service, frequent internet disconnections, false commitments, no technicians turns up even after raising a complaint, no internet coverage in a 1bhk. I guess all these reasons are enough.

    Absolute pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio For the last 3 days, my area has been completely stuck on a dead 4G network. Both my mobile data and Jio AirFiber are practically useless, suffering from severe, endless buffering. Working from home has become a complete nightmare. I can't even get my basic office work done because it takes 10 to 15 minutes just to open a simple email inbox! How are professionals supposed to function with this third-rate internet speed? ​You have the audacity to unapologetically hike your recharge prices by 20-30% every 6 months, but what exactly are we paying for? A 20-30% downgrade in network quality? ​My family collectively spends a massive ₹9,000 to ₹10,000 on your recharges. Despite paying this premium amount, your failing network is forcing us to buy EXTRA data booster packs out of pocket just to get a functional connection. You are double-charging us for a service you are failing to provide. ​Is this the world-class 5G experience you endlessly advertise? Logon ko chumt!ya banana band karo
