@JioCare @reliancejio Me & People around me Having trouble with the Jio internet this the 3rd time iam complaining this issue . If you are not going to solve this issue i will change to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network 👍

@JioCare Now again your customer care rep is saying that service reqst was to rectify issue with site but not for the relocation. Loss to customer so far 170 Add to that the stress we are going through by working from home using mobile data.

Dear All After installation I did not receive any good experience of jio gigafibre however in night or day during confrence it shows reconnecting I think worst thing is this it's only irritate during conference I am a doctor Pls support @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_gigafiber

@JioCare @reliancejio Such a pathetic service. Raised a request for fiber connection the details were collected and the amount was also paid on 8th June 2021. But still did not get the connection. It's been almost a month. We get 8-10 msg daily about the installation.
