@JioCare @reliancejio Me & People around me Having trouble with the Jio internet this the 3rd time iam complaining this issue . If you are not going to solve this issue i will change to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network 👍

We raised a complaint with Jio Fiber on the 26th of April for our internet not working. Till date no engineer has turned up to solve the issue. We have been repeatedly calling the customer care but have been taken on a ride each time. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

@drahsanmazi @JioCare You should be active on Rs.239 plan or more and Unlimited 5G voucher should be there. Unlimited data will work only one phone in under 5G coverage and 5G signal is alive. It uses data from 4G daily pack if switches back.

@JioCare Mobile data in Hyderabad is very bad. You said 5G will be fast but it became slower than before. Even calls are very pathetic. Sometimes I have to restart my devices to call.

@JioCare worst service ever. Its been 4 hours i did sim swap, people are able to call me but the call disconnects before i can receive, i cant call back anyone. No text msgs. Cant call customer care as well.

Dear jio team @JioCare @reliancejio for the last 3 days there is problem in jio calling from Jio 4G card the call gets disconnected automatically in 2 & 3 minutes my 4G phone. Along with it the 4G internet speed is also very low. Please bring it's solution immediately sir please
