@JioCare @reliancejio Me & People around me Having trouble with the Jio internet this the 3rd time iam complaining this issue . If you are not going to solve this issue i will change to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network 👍

@JioCare @reliancejio already talked to jio care 3 times... nothing is helping out. Better fo switch the network to Airtel or Vodafone.

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio has to be the most overrated broadband network. Facing downtime very frequently in Gokuldham (Goregaon East) area since months now. And the worst part is that their team isn't working on the issue even after identifying it.

I have been facing netwrk issue in my locality since 2yrs and also registered so many compliments but nothing changed. Assurance given everytime that network team is working. Let me know will you return the money which I have invested for rechrge so far @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Just now i got a call from join person saying you need to download QS support app throuch which that guy asked me to recharge for 10rs. to enable 4g & resolve issue by updating my location in your system. When I denied for that he said you have to resolve your issue at own.
