    @Jeetuburdak @JioCare @reliancejio To be very frank. Sometimes ago i just port in to Jio Postpaid from Airtel Postpaid but found a pathetic network and customer service. No proper network at my home and feel the same for highway as my songs stucked bcz of network. Now again in Airtel finally far better than Jio.

    @JioCare I know it's the process. What if I don't like the delay that is now introduced today, I want to cancel and get refund immediately, the service engineer visited today and said it would take 3-4 days more. Order No: NO0001CYF1VA take this complaint serious

    @JioCare Really? If so that's not an option for me. By the way i have a feedback to you. Please consider improving your customer support. Text support on app is really annoying. Your AI doesn't understand anything, feels like programmed answers, not curated. Thanks for the reply.

    @JioCare I am facing poor network connectivity in my area. Calls are dropping frequently and internet speed is very slow. Location:village-bharathi district-darbhanga, Bihar. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I will share my mobile number via DM.

    @JioCare Your team collected payment after assuring same-day installation. After 48 hours, and no one has responded to my calls. This reflects poorly on your customer service, and how future issues would be handled. I therefore request you to kindly cancel the installation and refund.
