    Very bad service, and no notice of any kind. If this is the case in urban areas, then what is happening in rural areas. Even in the city, the network is missing for a long time. #jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare While recharging, you have to pay the full amount, don't you have to provide the facility? However, the benefit of such an expensive recharge is zero. I have never seen such a bad service.

    @JioCare @gspapani It is quiet unfortunate that, if there is any issue with service provider than they vl ask you to send direct massage/not to share any detail publicly for their failure If customer has made some mistake than simply service provider withdraw themselves.     @JioCare Hey Jio, For the last few days your services in our area (Bahut, Mohali, Punjab)are getting worst. You should remember that besides making remin der calls to your customers to recharge their plan, providing good service to them is also your core responsibility.
