    @JioCare der is a very slow internet in dis area,many times we highlighted this issue but ur response is 1nly it will peak time this issue will be coming but it's same network issue for all 365 days,several times addressed dis issue but nt resolved so better I can change operator

    @Shahzeb75295507 @JioCare Jio want only grab our money when it's comes to network issues, they will say many users are there and this is the temporary issues, will be resolved, worst and third rated service, if we go away city of 1 and half km then jio network will be off not network available worst..

    @JioCare @consaff there is a worst network in Afzalpur town, no network coverage in indoor and outdoor, from past 1 year you people are not improving network in this area. Third rated network and third class network but money is sucking from customers

    @JioCare there is huge network issue in afzalpur 585301, I can't browse , since from one year escalating issues of jio network, there is a huge network outage, better to switch port to other network. Day by day becoming third class network.

    @JioCare Network is full but internet is very slow like 2g... Maximum speed 30-40kbps and Network stick 3...

    @JioCare Thanks for the response, I’ll wait for my refund and will promise that we will not going to bother you guys again, and slowly move away from the JIO ecosystem, will transfer our mobile numbers(my family) to some other service provider.

    @JioCare ur ******* wifi never works when i need the most.. I haven't done the recharge for last 3 month ..then did 2 days back and today it stopped working..there is no ******* policy to compensate customer if it's due to your end..no extension of plan expiry ..no discount on recharges.

    @JioCare The refund timeline was clearly 7 days, but today it has already been 8 days. Instead of resolving the issue, you are creating new excuses. I demand that my refund be credited to my account immediately, as it has already been delayed far too long.
