    @JioCare der is a very slow internet in dis area,many times we highlighted this issue but ur response is 1nly it will peak time this issue will be coming but it's same network issue for all 365 days,several times addressed dis issue but nt resolved so better I can change operator

    @JioCare Very Bitter experience , complain is logged 10days ago and still no solution. Engineer's closing request without even visiting site or fixing. Prepaid plans looting money from customers.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio it's been 10 days since I applied for you Jiofiber connection. But as of now no one has even contacted me for installation. I have raised a complaint but that also doesn't work. Now rather you kindly refund my amount or provide me an instant solution.

    This is Prasanna Nayak, a active Jio User from last 3 year. Now a days I'm continuously facing network issues. Also, Many times I have informed the same to Jio Complaints helpline but no one there to resolve the issue. It s humble request to @reliancejio please resolve issue.

    @JioCare Customer care says different versions everytime. Appointments scheduled and cancelled for nearly 10 times now. No clarity on anything. Customer care even cuts your call. Is this the way you support your customers? @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare hello, i raised issue with jio fiber, no support from your team. Then I raised disconnection request, that is also no support nor action from your team... Once you install it, then you just forgot the customers, right
