I think the tower isn't getting any power supply from the DG after powercut. Please solve this problem asap.@JioCare @reliancejio

Shweta Sawant (@shwet0827) reportedI escalated the matter to Jio’s Appellate Team. Their reply referred to one closed service request and asked me to restart the router and share the LED status. They ignored the mis-selling, repeated outages, staff conduct, refund and cancellation request.@reliancejio @JioCare
