@JioCare You have poor Internet access to my area, Airtel is doing much better than you in my area. Don't let me move on with your poor customer & internet speed. Everything seems fake to me, not able to browse properly & facing a buffering issue. Stop claiming fast speed.

@JioCare Within a period of 10 days since installation on 20/12/22 i have raised service request for 5 times. Better not to spent rest of my life raising service request so i have already requested for disconnection of jio fibre. This is for you information 🙏

Facing a lot of network issue in my village. Address :- Manwah/bhaderwah/18221 doda. A humble request to @JioCare to look into this, I am complaining since 2021 but ignored all the time except when the balance is low or I haven't recharge my sim card for more than 1 or 2 months

@JioCare Yesterday the engineer visit was scheduled for 9 to 10 am for today as per call with your customer care team....check my yesterday call log with your team.. if you want.. . now getting a message it is rescheduled to 13:30for today.... tell me again your 24hrs start from 13:30..
