    @JioCare By 'appreciating my patience' it's not giving 'my value of money' which is wasted by ur poor service. Ds jio dabba is useless since five days! In ds u should be more considered abt how not to waste customer's money. Appreciation will not help, resolving the fiber fault will help

    @JioCare When we are going to get VoWiFi calling in @jammuandkashmir. Atleast give us a solid date. On the contrary other service providers are able to give the feature but not the leading operator. @reliancejio

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , I've been a customer since 31st Jan 2023 and have been facing issues since day 1. My fiber connection stopped working and I reported the issue on 31st Jan. I received a response on 5th Feb that an engineer would come for service, but no one arrived.
