    @JioCare my phone 7006931351 Not getting proper network I upgraded from 399 t0 449 but still of no use my locations jagti mini township nagrota jammu pin 181221 lane no 18two months before two towers were installed at lane no 26th and lane no 13 but they help only rooftop.

    While taking connection the customer agents give full promise that with 24-48 hours we give connection. Once payment is done, they start telling stories and delay service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Reminder 15 - Issue still persisting even after 10 days of complaint. 2.4 Ghz band not working at all. No one from JioFiber called or visited the premise to check the issue. Jio’s service was bad I knew but trust me it is worse. Please don’t sign up for JioFiber, you will regret.
