    As usual I have you asked the details & as usual I have given but of no use. It seems that this the usual practice of jio that when any complaint is raised , they will ask the details & not to do anything. @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare I had raised a request of Jio Postpaid sim by mistake. I have cancelled it many times but there has been no cancellation. Please cancel this request at the earliest.

    The @reliancejio / @JioCare / @RelJio4g is the worst company ever... I agree that non of the telecom companies provide good connectivity now a days but they listen to their customers. Jio customers care just disconnects the phone everytime I try to register a complaint.

    My Jio Giga Fiber connection is not working properly since last week. It is extremely difficult to work from home with such a bad connection. I have raised service request but it has not been resolved till date. I am very much disappointed with the service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I am customer of Jio Prepaid, and waiting for Jio Giga fiber, the poles for cables have been installed six months ago but cabling not done yet, hope it will be done soon, 2 connections are required.

    I am sorry to say that at present time the 4G data is worst than 2G. Jio is cheating the of customers . If Jio is will not improve their services then there is no options except to switch over to other network.@JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare what's nonsense customer support from jio there is no option to call with customer care. at the time of calling why some nonsense irritating sounds play for recharge while I've already recharged. I face slow internet speed for 5 months but got no solution.

    @JioCare My 7015642846 number I am having trouble calling and doing data. The data is running very slow and the call is disconnecting and the number is not available when someone calls me.

    Jio services down! Early Monday morning...week shouldn’t start like this!!! <Sector13/17> Jio care specialists also not available, unable to log complaints.... @reliancejio @JioCare please assist & resolve.

    The Jio network is very very poor. They are charging money for 4G & unable to provide even 2G speed. The call is also dropping. Hence Jio network is completely useless. We feel us cheated.@JioCare @rsprasad

    Housing board colony sector 6 , panipat, Haryana 132103 Their this the situation is going wrost on jio network. Even calling is not working 1. Slow internet 2. Low coverage 3.Voice drop And Previous 3 month is the worst experience with jio. @jiocare @MukeshAmbanima @reliencejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged for 30mbps plan instead of 100mbps plan for 6 months & they don't have an option to upgrade or cancel & refund so I can recharge again? P.S. PLAN HASN'T EVEN STARTED YET These are basic customer requirements & I don't see any logic

    @JioCare the network in my area is ****, i'm sick and tired of jio at this point, it takes 15 minutes to send one msg on whatsapp. Plus, the internet completely stops working in the evening from 6-11 pm, pls look into it bcoz i'm really considering porting to some other network.

    @JioCare Its been weeks I complained about slow internet on 4G in my area during evening time (7-11pm). No resolution yet. Seems like better to switch to @airtelindia for good quality internet.
